Beautiful cottage between two lakes near St. Germain WI

Nice location

Our stay was beyond perfect. This property has an idyllic setting complete with it's own dock!The fishing at the property allowed the youngest granddaughter (11 yrs old now) to add 3 new species of fish to her 'caught' list.The home was well appointed, our welcome was sincerely appreciated and the decor definitely celebrated our Lakeview weekend.We only wish we could have stayed longer and definitely plan to return!

Everything was as described at this wonderful up north cabin. Loved the location between the lakes. Ken is a great host!

The house has everything you need and a fantastic location on peaceful Lake Content. It could use a deep cleaning and more comfortable furniture, but for the price we wouldnt hesitate to stay here again. Thank you for sharing your cottage with us!

The house had everything needed for an enjoyable stay. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need for cooking and the dish washer was very convenient. The bathroom was stocked with toilet paper and a ton of towels and wash cloths. Having a washer and dryer was nice to have also. Our biggest complaint was the smell! The whole house smelled very musty and the air felt damp (it wasn't even humid outside). It smelled like the house had been closed up for months. A dehumidifier is strongly suggested.The house was clean at surface level but could use a good deep clean. Some of the blinds were very dirty, cob webs in some of the ceiling corners, a ton of dead bugs in the lights just above the dinning table, the baseboards could use a really good cleaning and the shelf that the TV sits on is very dusty. We aren't very picky but for $261 a night and $100 cleaning fee I would expect it to be a bit cleaner. We did contact the owner and hopefully it gets resolved for future guests. The listing stated that their was a gas grill but there was not one. Their was a charcoal grill, which wasn't a problem but if we had known we would have brought charcoal.
