Azure Springs- Secluded Mountain Retreat in Dahlonega. Perfect for Families!

We had an incredible stay. The home and property are amazing and we felt right at home. David is an exceptional host, we look forward to returning.

We were there for a wedding and everything was great. The location worked perfect for us. There was an internet outage in the area while we were there but, David worked with us and ended up giving us a credit.

Absolutely loved staying here! Our family really enjoyed the game room and hot tub. The property was spacious, well kept, and had all the amenities needed. We saw deers on property and would definitely come back again!

Lovely house in a beautiful wooded setting. Lots of room to spread out. The beds were comfy, and I appreciated the blackout curtains in mine.

Communication amenities and condition were all beautiful.

Me and my family stayed at this mountain retreat for my great niece's wedding. It was very spacious and roomy. I loved the game room area downstairs, lots of fun things to do. The kitchen had everything we needed and the master bedroom's bed was sooooo comfortable. The weather was nice and sitting out on the decks was very relaxing watching squirrels romp around in the trees. I would definitely love to stay if ever in Dahlonega again!

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for everyone to be together or get away from one another. The water was from the well and excellent. The kitchen had everything we could need. The kids especially enjoyed the hot tub. The host was easy to communicate with and made check in easy.Everything we wanted to do or go to was a short drive and we were very conveniently located within what seemed the center of all the various trails and sights.We would stay again!

We had an incredible Christmas experience at Azure Springs. This is a beautiful cottage, perfect for a holiday celebration. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need, slow cooker, kereg and drip coffee makers, all the necessary pots, pans, and utensils. The scenery is gorgeous. We highly recommend staying here when visiting Dahlonega.

Location was close to town but tucked in the woods and quiet. We did not get the opportunity to spend time outside but the kitchen was very well equipped and gas FP in living room was very nice. Important to know that basement is only heated by gas FP which we could not get to work. Basement space itself is a great plus though.

This cabin feels like home, and David is a fantastic host. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

The host was very helpful and everything from directions to entry were easy to follow making it a no stress stay! The cabin itself was warm and welcoming making it a pleasant stay.

Me & my family loved staying in this cabin. It was very well stocked & we really enjoyed playing pool & darts. Also we were very close to downtown. Nice getaway!!

We had a great time. The property was located in the middle of everthing we were looking to do. David the host was helpful and accommodating. The home had everything we needed and would definitely come back again.

Didn't use the hot tub. Kitchen was well stocked!

Hot tub was not working. We got it to turn on, but after an hour of waiting it was still not warm enough. Otherwise, property was perfect and comfortable. I did have an issue getting the streaming service on the TV to work, but the host was very prompt with a reply to my question and it was resolved easily. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Girls' Weekend retreat! David responded quickly to our questions about lighting the fireplace. I think written directions (could be in the guest book) would have been helpful and we probably would not have had to contact him. Kitchen is very well equipped! The hot tub was not turned on, so we had to wait to use it the second night. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this property!

The house was very clean. The kitchen was stocked very well. Plenty of place settings, glasses, coffee cups/mugs, silver wear, utensils. The bathrooms were stocked very well, also. Plenty of towels and toilet paper. The basement with bar was excellent, also! We loved it.The only recommendation I have is to provide tissues or make the guests aware there will not be any tissues so they bring them.

We loved everything about this cabin! Location, cleanliness, well stocked, and comfortable beds. The photos don’t do it justice and the communication with the owners was 5 stars as well. You can tell that the owners truly care about this property as it is well maintained. I highly recommend this cabin and we will be back!

This home was perfect for our family of 4 adults. Outdoor space was wonderful - the decks were inviting and we wish we had the chance to use the fire pit(s) and explore more.Three levels, 3 bedrooms and a day bed gave us plenty of room for spreading out. Also, having 3 full bathrooms and a half bath gave everyone (all used to having their own bathrooms) the privacy and space they wanted. Sofas and chairs a bit worn, but comfortable for TV viewing. Tiny dishwasher but it did its job so really cannot complain. Close to grocery for stocking up and close to attractions while still being away from it all. We would stay again.

Everything was ok. The cleaning was not the best. This is some I will mention, The barbecue grill was very dirty. I couldn’t grill my steak because was dirty with whatever they cooked was stock in the grill and rusty. Outdoor furniture was dirty. Whoever does the cleaning they didn’t do good job. We pay to clean and we do the cleaning. I don’t understand. I’m so tired driving far I want to have a relaxing vacation I don’t want to do cleaning. Overall is good, the view was amazing!! If you don’t mind to clean I totally recommend to stay in this beautiful cabin.

This is going in the rotation of vacation rentals that we will come back to annually! This was more than perfect. The pictures don’t do it justice, it was perfect. We had such a good time enjoying the patio and home. The kitchen had everything we needed, the basement had all the entertainment and the location was perfect. Check in and out were very easy, the owner was super responsive, this was a great find. Cannot say enough good things about this cabin! 10 out of 10, would recommend.

Easiest entry, got in on the first try. Great floor plan! Very clean! Sleeps 8. 3 large beds, and a daybed with trundle in the well equipped rec room. We saw many deer and Pileated woodpeckers!

We had an amazing stay. It was beautiful. The hot tub was cozy. The location is great as well. We will definately be back.

Everything about this cabin was wonderful. There was something for all ages to enjoy. My grandchildren loved the hot tub and games. I enjoyed having my tea on the screened porch and being surrounded by nature. All-in-all, an idyllic cabin getaway.

Its beautiful has everything you could need. The host has been completely phenomenal in making certain we had anything we needee. We will definitely be back!!

This cabin was the perfect getaway for our crew. The location was ideal - secluded enough for piece and quiet, but close enough to everything we needed in town. With plenty of room for everyone, our group of 8 enjoyed our stay without feeling cramped. The amenities offered something for everyone to keep us entertained without leaving the house. We can’t wait to come back!

What an incredibly beautiful house and location. It’s built into the mountain and has both a deck and screen porch. We could have stayed on the deck all day watching the trees and birds. It’s someone’s second home and so full of comfortable furniture, beds and a fully stocked kitchen. I wish that we could have stayed longer!

We enjoyed our stay! Extremely comfortable, clean, and quiet. Very close to Dahlonega and the many wineries and nature locations.

The house was very nice and had everything that we needed. At the end of our daily activities, we thoroughly enjoyed spending time in the hot tub and game room. We would happily book this property again in the future.

Having gone to college at North Georgia, this trip was sort of like coming home. It was made even more like that by staying here. The property itself is beautiful, the home is clean and well kept. There were zero bugs, despite it being surrounded by woods (which is VERY impressive in Dahlonega). Check in could not have been easier. We had one very tiny issue when we got there, just a low battery in the smoke detector, but it was resolved within 10 minutes of connecting the host. This was a girl's trip for myself and 2 friends (all in our mid 30s) and it was absolutely perfect for that, but we also plan to do a family trip with our husbands and kids and hope to book here again, it is just absolutely perfect. Very polite and responsive hosts as well, 5 stars isn't enough, so happy we booked this property!

From check in to check out, the stay was great. Secluded, but all the comforts of home with extras! We enjoyed a couple of games of pool, and relaxing in the hot tub. We were especially appreciative that the property was pet friendly. All anyone needs to take is food, clothes and a toothbrush. Everything else is provided. This would be a great place for families. Great spot for a mountain getaway! The cabin had everything we needed for a few days of solid relaxation—amazing views, a hot tub, and a fire pit that got plenty of use. My wife couldn’t get enough of how cozy the place was, and we both had a great time exploring Dahlonega, from the downtown spots to the hiking trails and wineries.One of our favorite parts was spending mornings on the back patio. We wished we had more time here. The hosts were fantastic from check-in to check-out and will definitely be back!If you’re looking for a cozy escape to the mountains, this is it!
