The space
As we shared in the description this great log cabin. We would love to have you and anyone that would like to rest, recharge and rejoice. If you choose to book this great cabin you're agreeing that its as is and agree that you will not dispute you're stay. As we need to address to you the home is very rustic, it's like going camping in a tent but inside. (Not a Hotel) The hot water works great, but is on a New energy saving hot water system. But we made some videos to show how it works, as some people have had issues with it. We also have a wonderful housekeeping team, but as I stated above it's a Rustic Mtn cabin and dust and dirt blow in if wind gets going. The main owner does keep some of his personal item's and has a service dog. But pets are not welcome as the HOA will not let guests bring them. No parties but Close to downtown and, bars and restaurants. As we love to have anyone, if you feel this place isn't for you, our staff and their families work hard to keep the place in order and can't afford refunds. ( As some sites are just refunding and some guests look for ways to get a free vacation we are sure your not that type of person)

Guest access
We will offer these details once booked. As there is a lock box and map that will be emailed to you.

Property is older; however the cabins are quaint with a rustic vibe. Close to many activities and town.

Over all a cozy little place for a reasonable price. Only suggestion is some nicer sheets and pillows for the beds.

We had such a great time at our little in town cabin getaway in Buena Vista. It was so great to have that out in the woods sort of cabin feel but still be in town within walking distance of so many things. The cabin was nice and cozy, it doesn't have an oven so just factor that into your meal planning or prep, but they had everything else we needed to cook on the stove top or outside grill.

Nice Cabin, not far off from town center. Expect there to be bugs, its not a hotel. Beds were comfy and the kitchen have a 4 top range is nice. Grill is which was great. Overall a good experience.

Very difficult to find property. The deadbolt on the front door shut behind me and locked. That needs to be looked at. There were spider webs through out the cabin. If we're staying in a rustic cabin in the mountains I could see that being the case but paying over $100 a night and downtown I would think it would be cleaner. The vcr dvd combo did not work. Might have that looked at. Other than that it was a good stay.

It was perfect for me and my friend. Our only issue was getting in when we first got there. The side door needs to be secured better

As described and great location. Easy to bike all over town! Would be nice to have the wifi password as phone reception was spotty.

I would give this place zero stars if I could! Where to start? First thing is the futon sofa in the living room! How much older and dirtier can it get! It is FILTHY and lumpy, so disgusting we put a blanket we brought with us on it so we could sit on it. Second thing is the double mattress in the main bedroom. From the door you can see the huge sag in the middle of the bed. Two people can't sleep in it without rolling to the middle, not to mention there were flannel sheets on it in the middle of summer! Thirdly, the second bedroom has a double/twin bunk bed in it. The fitted sheet on the double bed had a rip at the top and when I took the sheets off after our stay I saw a 16x16 piece of denim sewed over a huge rip at the bottom of the sheet! Really! Fourth, I killed 8 spiders during our stay of 6 days! I get it is a cabin, but that is just too much. Fifth, the hot water situation is ridiculous! You turn on the hot water and get enough to soap up in the shower and then it turns to ICE cold water! After turning it off and turning it back on slowly, which are the directions you get AFTER you book the place, it may take 8-9 times before you can get it to kick back on to hot water IF it ever does. Sixth, the kitchen is poorly stocked. The knives couldn't cut melted butter if you tried! Hated to use any of the bowls or pans because they were disgusting! Seventh, the main bedroom stinks with an odor of bird nest or old mildew. Suggestion: Go to Walmart and buy a new futon for $50 and a new mattress for the main bedroom for $60 and a new set of sheets for the second bedroom for $19.99! This would cost what we paid for 1 night and the other 6 nights are profit! Maybe use the profit to fix the hot water situation! We have stayed in cabins several times and this was by far the worst accommodations we have ever had! Quite frankly, We would like our money back. We checked out a day early cause we couldn't deal with it any longer. After sending my requested check out email and text, I got a response from a 3rd party arbitration company that will help with disputes! That says something about the caliber of place!
