American Pines Cabin, 5 Miles from Mt. Rushmore!

Very nice cabin. Very quiet.

Beautiful cabin. Pictures do no do it justice. Immaculately clean. Cute cabin decor. Lots of fun stuff in nearby towns. Will absolutely stay again.

This out-of-the-way cabin met our vacation needs and was a great place for star gazing. The rooms were clean, well decorated, and a good size for the two of us. Our only concern was the wi-fi which wasn’t as strong as we would have liked.

Cabin was great! Beds were comfortable and the shower was nice after hiking. Great location and hosts.

I loved this cabin, I would have moved in if I could! So clean, quiet, great location. The scenery is great. I cannot recommend this place enough! I was a solo traveler and felt completely safe there. Excellent place.

This was the cleanest rental I’ve stayed at in a long time! It was perfect for our black hills getaway!

Great cabin with excellent hosts. Grill was out of propane and they replenished in under 30 minutes - awesome service! Wifi is a bit rough (8 mbps on every test I ran) we didnt need it often so it was not a big deal. Great play area right next to cabin that the kids loved. Would highly recommend.

Great private area for relaxation and close to all the areas of interest. Totally recommend this place.

Overall had a great experience here. The cabin is small, but that was expected. There is sleeping room for 6 but definitely a full house! Was nice to have a full kitchen which we used heavily. Would be nice if owner updated the pictures on VRBO site as the current ones are out of date.

Clean comfortable cabin in a convenient location to see all the local attractions from Mount Rushmore to Custer State Park. We have a dog and it was perfect for him as well.

It was so great to stay at American Pines. I did the Crazy Horse Half marathon. My family and I stayed here and we had fun. This place is so easy to get to and it was clean. The other cabin folks were respectful of others. Lots of land to walk on and my dog loved it. It was centrally located to Custer, Mt. Rushmore, Crazy Horse, all of it. Thanks for making my marathon my best run ever!!!

The place was as advertised and a great location for all things in the greater Mt Rushmore area. Access code did not work when we arrived - but we were able to get in - in just a few minutes.
