Stayed Aug 13, 2023We traveled to SD with another family - there were 7 kids ranging from 10-15 and 4 adults. The property was a great fit for all of us with lots of sleeping options. We enjoyed the large kitchen and family room space and especially loved the blackstone grill! Our kids enjoyed the hot tub and gaming system. Our only issue was that it was a bit of a long drive from Custer and all there was to do there, but that was our own fault. Loved the property!

Stayed Jun 4, 2023We had loads of fun and loads of problems ! Heating /cooling wasn’t good at all. The loft was extremely hot, the basement was freezing . The clubhouse with sauna, pool and hot tubs was under construction which we were not notified about . We could use the pool which was filthy and hot tubs but there were no bathrooms or sauna available as sold in the listing. The grill area hadn’t been cleaned and the grease catcher was a saturated box dripping onto the deck which hadn’t been swept for a very long time. The silverware drawer was full of dried food which all had to be cleaned before we could use anything. There was only one ceiling fan in the hole place which wasn’t even close to what was needed. The whole place needs a really good cleaning inside and out. My husband waited until we were home a few days to tell me there were pack rats outside next to the house for several days. I’m sorry this is how it was! If I owned this place I would be very disappointed in the lack of cleaning services. We did ask for some games to play since everything they had was missing and in shambles and they did drop off some new games which was very much appreciated.

Stayed Apr 19, 2023It was a great stay, house is great with only minor upkeep things that happen with use (prob from booking at the end of ski season). We enjoyed the property and location. Loved the club house that was available nearby. The communication/response to issues was possibly the best of any stay we have had anywhere. Thank you, would stay here again.

Stayed Sep 9, 2021We thoroughly enjoyed the stay at your cabin. It was roomy with the 4 bedrooms that we needed and enough bathrooms for all. The guys loved the hot tub! The kitchen was adequate for our needs. We only ate breakfasts there because we were out and about for the rest of the days usually. We did walk over to the clubhouse and actually sat over there after breakfast one day and talked and laughed for almost 2 hours. It was a fun atmosphere. The pool and pool table looked inviting but we never had the time to use them. The cabins around us had people staying at them but we never heard noise so it was a quiet and relaxing place. Enjoyed sitting on the deck in the evenings. We look forward to another stay there some time.

Stayed Jun 13, 2021Overall, the property was a great fit for our 3 families (6 adults, 4 kids) on vacation for 6 days. The place has a lot of space and amenities and is a terrific location. The only slight issue was the cleanliness. It appeared it had only been “surface cleaned” and not deep cleaned at check-in. For example, some areas were dirty at check-in, such as the deck, grille, couch cushions, under the couch, stove top, and under the beds. A deeper clean would have been appreciated especially at this price point. We would still stay again, but would like to see the owner/property manager address those issues for sure. Hopefully this review is helpful. Otherwise, we would highly recommend.
