PRO Nice Cabin for a couple during a weekend! If you want to get disconnect from world, this is your option! CON Bathroom/Shower need more cleaning.

Property is a nice little cabin for 2. But parking for this cabin is horrible. Not truck friendly at all or freezing temp friendly either. Has a huge interior jacuzzi tub but does not have enough hot water to fill it 6 inches. Tile on bathroom floor is cracked and sharp. Does not have a full fridge has a mini fridge. Which none of these were covered in description. Very uncomfortable bed and digital door handle functioned half the time and does not have a come amd go feature so had to put in code every time you shut the door to go outside or leave door open. Homestly was a bit of let down from what was expected. Will book else where next time.

I was so looking forward to staying at this cabin, but was a bit disappointed with a couples things. First off, it was pretty obvious it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. There was dust on every surface, the utensils and pans were still dirty, there was what felt like sand in the sheets, hair in the shower, etc. In addition, and the most disappointing was the jetted tub. The hot water doesn’t even last long enough to fill half of it. Making it just about as good as a tiny apartment tub. We were really looking forward to a proper bath since we don’t have tubs, but only showers at home. It is really only good for those who want a very cold bath. Thank goodness the hot tub worked, but since it was so hot that weekend we used it very minimal. It’s obvious they are trying to sell the place and just aren’t taking care of it in between bookings. Pros are the location, privacy, communication, and it would actually be a really great romantic getaway if it was clean and the tub was able to fill with warm water.

Loved the hot tub and the location is incredible, being so close to Helen. A less than 2 minute drive to Helen attractions. We found ourselves in need of salt and pepper, and I was surprised that it wasn't there. The kitchen is very minimal if you plan to do cooking. But we made it work. Loved sleeping in the loft and waking up to beautiful sunrises. Would definitely stay again (just prepared to bring more supplies for the kitchen).

Very clean, very private.… See my picture. It will help you find the place. When you come to the four-way stop. Go across the bridge and straight ahead. You will see a one lane road going up the hill. Take that road about 1/3 of a mile. There is five cabins on the right. This one is at the bottom and very private. You can get into the hot tub outside and no one can see you. Make sure you have the code to the door. Because it can lock behind you.

Perfect size for the 2 of us. Very close to downtown Helen. Very private and its even better if it rains.

The perfect little get-away!

This place was perfect for a couple. It felt tucked away and private even though it’s super close to all the action in Helen. We even saw a deer right off of the deck, and a bobcat near the house! It is next to other cabins, but faces in a way that feels very private and serene. Absolutely loved the patio and hot tub set up. Only negative and fair warning- the driveway is very steep and treacherous for flat land folks! I made my fiance deal with that. No 4 wheel drive needed, though.

Reviewer Comments: The rental cabin itself was clean, all appliances worked as expected. The lighting within the rental was a bit poor (mainly lamps) but the cabin does allow ample daylight during the day. As other reviews have mentioned, the jacuzzi tub is a great benefit; however, the hot water heater cannot provide enough hot water to actually fill it up to a good relaxing point. The property description could use some updating. The road, and the driveway, to the rental is very steep. When we arrived, there was a severe storm passing through causing water (and a small mud slide) to come down the road in. Once we arrived to the actual cabin, the parking location is at an intense angle, especially for a bigger truck. For smaller, awd cars, it may not be an issue; however, maneuverability is very limited there. We had also planned on walking for the most part once we arrived in Helen. While this location appears to be walkable (10-15 min walk via google maps), due to the road and driveway in, I would not consider the location of this cabin walkable for multiple days. I see that other reviews have mentioned the steepness of the driveway and road before; however, It was a big enough deal that, with multiple days of rain expected on our trip, my wife and I decided to leave the rental after the first night and stay within the town of Helen itself to make us more comfortable. This also allowed us to walk in and out of the town a bit easier, as we originally planned to walk from the rental.This review is not a knack towards the ownership or management. I’m just providing detailed information regarding the drive and parking situation. Multiple other reviews did mention the steepness and uncomfortability of the driveway. I believe this is something that should be added to the listing; Including that larger trucks (especially anything over a half-ton) may have difficulties with parking.

The place as beautiful and was exactly what we wanted for our 30th Anniversary. The spa was a huge plus! The only downside was the driveway. I have a big truck and was steep and tight. We made it work, overall great place!!

Just what we needed and just right for our weekend getaway!

We enjoyed our stay but we like walking to town but couldn't do that because of the steep hill. Wish we had known before reserving this cabin.

Management was super easy to work with. Our grill was electric and when we asked for a gas or charcoal, they delivered one that day. Highly recommend. The cabin was very clean and well decorated. Everything we could need was provided.

The house is tiny and simple, but very cozy. The hottub was wonderful, and the twinkly lights above it added a nice touch. We did have a problem with ants for what ever reason but it didn't hinder us from enjoying our stay. Management was very helpful and accommodating.

Our stay was wonderful, cabin was great. A little sad the hot water in the cabin doesn't last long enough to fill the jacuzzi tub. There is a hot tub on the porch which is awesome, we just wanted to watch a movie from the tub and couldn't because the water turned cold without having been on long. Overall good experience.

We were super excited to explore Helen and were happy to find a quiet location that was minutes from everything. The cabin was clean, cozy, and well stocked with towels, cleaning supplies, and kitchen equipment. Care instructions were clear and the guest guide was handy. The driveway is steep and getting down to the cabin was a little nerve-wracking, but it didn’t dampen our experience any. Having lots of restaurants and activities minutes away was an absolute luxury. The host was kind and responsive and it was an overall great experience. I wish we could’ve stayed longer.

We had the perfect couples get away. The cabin was beautiful and perfect for the two of us, and the fire place in view of the tub was not a bad touch! A lot of bird watching, and we saw about 13 deer our last morning. It was the breath of fresh air we both needed. Thank you so much for sharing your space!

The hot water was limited in the inside tub and I had to shovel for 6 hours Sunday with a piece of metal I found to get the car out of the driveway. My boyfriend and I loved this little cabin. It was perfect for just the two of us and in the heart of Helen. We enjoyed the hot tub and the view! Nearby cabin neighbors were kind as well.

It was Great!

The only issue I experienced was due to having a large truck. The driveway was steep and hard to turn around on. A little description of that would have been helpful to prepare.
