Wow... what a beautiful cabin and perfect location. Very close to the goldmine/downtown/waterfalls and much more. It was a great exp for the younger generation. Thank you so much!

The house was incredibly stocked and had everything we could possibly need. We had 16 adults staying with us and sometimes had a few additional that came over to visit, and there always was enough space so nobody felt like they were on top of each other.

Our host was absolutely wonderful! The home was the perfect size for our family during our son’s wedding weekend. There was plenty of table space, lots of parking, and easy access right off the main road. We would definitely stay here again!

Copper Mines Lodge is a perfect get away for family and friends. We are a group of friends who get together and the Lodge had all the room we needed and more.Plenty of bedrooms, and most importantly for us, an believably large TABLE.Highly recommend!!!

We stayed at this cabin over the weekend with a group of 11 (5 couples, 1 single) and were really impressed with the spacious layout. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax comfortably, and it was a huge plus that each person had their own king or queen bed. The cabin had great lighting throughout and was thoughtfully set up for groups. The host was also extremely accommodating with check-in and check-out times and was fairly responsive, which made the booking and check-in process smooth and easy.Unfortunately, we did encounter a few issues during our stay. There was a significant ant problem — we found ants in the beds, on the kitchen counters, the couch, and even in one of our friend’s cars after we left. It definitely impacted our comfort. Additionally, while the location was convenient, the cabin sits near a main road, so noise was a slight issue depending on what part of the cabin you slept on.Overall, the space and service were excellent, but the pest issue and road noise are worth considering before booking.

Fun stay. House was closer to the road than expected, therefore rooms on that side of house were somewhat noisy (bring earplugs or use sound machines located in each room). Beautiful dining room, with a large table to accommodate 18 people, a huge fireplace and lots of large spaces for family members of all ages to be comfortable. We had a great time!

My family stayed here to do a weekend Christmas celebration and the house was perfect. Plenty of room, beautiful home, plenty of amenities. The host gave clear communication on check-in and check-out instructions. We look forward to staying here again!

Great place to vacation! Everything you need! Beautiful and perfect lodge located on main road with easy access to town. Private, large and sloped, fenced in backyard. Hostess was extremely helpful and responsive.

Stayed here for a family wedding at one the nearby vineyards. This place was awesome, plenty of room for our 5 children and their spouses and kids! Enjoyed nice breakfasts and dinners with everyone around the huge table. Parking for that many people was never an issue. It was perfect! Thanks so much.

We stayed in the cabin with our family and friends for my wedding, the cabin was perfect for our guests. The kitchen was well stocked. We was able to spend time with everyone yet have our own space

Our ladies group held our annual retreat here at Copper Mines Lodge. The large dining table and living room space made it easy to gather together in one place for our meals and devotions. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. It was a quick drive to Dahlonega square with lots of shops and restaurants. There were also walking trails and wineries nearby. Great place for a large group or family to stay! As mentioned in a few other reviews there is some road noise as the lodge is located on a fairly busy road.

We had a great time at Copper Mines Lodge! Sixteen of us of all ages met here for my son’s wedding weekend! There was room for all of us to fit comfortably and we had a great time! Thank you!

This beautiful home is first class! It was the perfect spot for our large family from all across the US to gather together to celebrate a wedding. The beds were comfortable, the house was spacious and well stocked. It was a convenient distance from town and the hosts were so easy to work with and very accommodating.

First, our host Melissa was fantastic. Communication was flawless and all questions were answered immediately! The house was perfect! We had 18 sitting around the dining room table (which was a great selling point when initially looking for a home large enough to house our family) sharing food and laughter which was incredible. This was our first family gathering with people traveling from Colorado, Texas, Florida and North Carolina to be together and share good times and make lasting memories and we are so happy that this is the place that we chose. Copper Mines Lodge is not only beautiful but well appointed and has everything that is needed for an awesome vacation. It fit the needs of all of us who were staying there from 4 months to 70 years old!! The back yard with fire pit and gas grill and the game room were definitely extra perks that added to the great time we had! I can only hope that homes we choose in the future for our family gatherings are close to as nice as this home is!
