We stayed at the tiny home park (Unit 60B) from March 22–23, and overall had a good experience. The location is very convenient to the Grand Canyon, which made it a great base for our visit. The mile-long dirt road leading to the property was a bit bumpy, but manageable. The tiny home itself was very cute and well-equipped with the amenities we needed. There were a couple of things that could be improved. Our unit had a noticeable body odor, which seemed to be coming from the bedding—replacing the bed cover may help resolve this. We also found that the refrigerator was set extremely high and ended up freezing our food. We adjusted it once we realized, but it may be helpful to check that between guests. One additional suggestion would be to add a small patio setup with two chairs and a table to enhance the outdoor space.

This property was exactly as pictured, very clean, and ready for us when we arrived. It's about 20 minutes from the park, but if you like to be off the beaten path, this definitely qualifies. A plus was the snow capped mountains in the distance, which could be seen from the deck. Thanks for a great stay!
