Stayed Sep 11, 2025We loved staying at The BnB at Oliver Phelps! The suite is amazing: comfortable, spacious, and well appointed. The gourmet breakfasts were heavenly, each day a new adventure in taste with ingredients locally sourced! And our hostess, Karin, was the cherry on top! Kind, helpful, and fun ?

Stayed May 22, 2025Karin gave us so much of her time, helping us to explore Finger Lake options, and making great suggestions. She seemed to know everything about everything...both static (sights) and dynamic (eg music being performed each night, etc.).

Stayed Apr 24, 2025Karen made an amazing homemade breakfast every morning of our stay! She explains the ingredients, as well as where she bought them, almost everything from local shops. She recommended a lot of places for us to see and visit while we were there and knows the Finger Lakes intimately. The rooms were very comfortable and homey. we cannot wait to go back for another visit!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Beautiful old, historic home with a very spacious suite with a nice sitting area and nice downstairs parlor. Karin could not have been more welcoming, and her breakfasts are so good and creative that I told her that she should write a cook book. The OP offers easy walking access to downtown Canandaigua. If we ever come back up this way, I will stay here again. Highly recommend.
