Stayed May 4, 2024The house itself is very clean and nicely decorated. Exterior of house need attention. Many weeds growing around entrance to house. Host, Eugene was friendly.

Stayed Sep 19, 2025Simple room and adjoining bathroom in a house where host lives on lower level. It was clean, host was nice, and initial hiccuup with electronic door was quickly resolved to let me in by host. Would go back.

Stayed Jul 10, 2025Great location! I got in super late and needed to go for a run. Neighborhood was quiet with street lamps and I felt comfortable enough going for a late night run. I got in so late, but I couldn’t see the numbers on the house so I was unsure which house it was because it was dark out. The room had everything I needed, even toiletries so I didn’t have to run back out to my car, and I wish I could’ve stayed longer to enjoy some coffee with their beautiful backyard.

Stayed Jun 8, 2024My stay was nice, I wasn't clear that it was a room in a house that had someone living downstairs and another room for rent on the first floor but neither of those things really impacted my stay there. Eugene is nice, accommodating, and lives in a quiet neighborhood.
