Mid-century modern in signature Blmtn neighborhood

I am the second owner of this 1960 authentic mid-century modern, which was designed by the architect-owner. Extensive modernization of the electrical, networking, and lighting ensures that you have a comfortable stay. I restored all of this home's original features, including the kitchen cabinets and the bathroom tile.

The main level features three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, plus kitchen, dining and living room.

Downstairs is a totally renovated finished basement. It isa legal bedroom (hence the 4th bedroom) doubling as a TV/bar room, with a full bathroom and laundry room. It has a king-sized American Leather sofa sleeper that sleeps 2. This is the best sleeper sofa available, featuring a Tempu-Pedic mattress.

Parents visiting their kids can take a break from student life and enjoy time to themselves. The city's best bar/restaurant is a 3 minute drive away. Or use the chef's kitchen and entertain in this statement listing!
