Stayed May 16, 2025Plenty of space for our 5 little ones, with room for more. Had everything we needed for a weekend away. Playground was awesome and a short walk away. Would love to stay up here again!

Stayed Oct 18, 2024A big group of us stayed here for IU homecoming weekend and it was a great stay! There is lots of space and rooms and bathrooms for everyone. We had all age ranges with us and it was accommodating for everyone! At first I was a little concerned bc it’s not right by campus, but the drive really isn’t bad. For the price and amount of space you get, this place is awesome! I would def stay here again!

Stayed Sep 27, 2024The cabin was the perfect place for a nice girls weekend. It had so many sleeping options and multiple bathrooms, which was really nice. The patios off the back looked out onto the woods and made it feel remote while back there. There was plenty of parking. We ended up spending more time at the cabin than originally planned because of the rain, and it was perfect for our group. It was a very enjoyable weekend getaway.

Stayed Jul 28, 2024We were in town as a large family group for the funeral of our grandmother/mother. It was nice to be able to have us all together in one place and be so close to Smithville to visit family. The A Frame was cozy and clean. Unfortunately one of the sleeper sofas was broken so we had to reconfigure a bit. One of the tvs downstairs was broken as well. It was my understanding that both of these things had just broken with the group that had just left prior to us coming. We loved having the quiet neighborhood for our youngest to ride her scooter and the pool and playground were wonderful amenities.

Stayed Jul 3, 2024This place is what you call a hidden gem. Its looks on the outside transitioning inside was like a Willy Wonka experience (good one). The place is very modern and had a bright welcoming feel to it. The beds were nice and rooms fit everyone along with our blow up mattress for the teens being teens not wanting to share beds. The outside environment was nice and quiet while the area of the lot had a pool, little store and even a laundry mat which was super convenient! Overall I’d give this place a 10/10 as it was not only roomy and kept up very well, the host was very communicative.
