THIS LISTING IS FOR THE LAKESIDE BEDROOM WITH A PORCH of an owner-occupied B&B. My rustic log home is located on Lake Memphremagog adjacent to the bike path that runs along the lake and is groomed for cross-country skiing in the winter. The Lakeside bedroom has a queen size and single bed plus a screened in porch with a view of the lake. This room shares a full bathroom with my other guestroom. Lake access includes a small private beach with chairs, a canoe & kayak. A simple Continent

Stayed May 9, 2026Lynn’s place was the most relaxing , homey & quiet place that we’ve ever stayed in. Her art work is through out the house & we throughly enjoyed looking at it each day. He’sIt was perfectly situated on the bike and walking path . Nights were so quiet that sleeping was heavenly.From the porch there was a great view of the lake. Great restaurants nearby . The T Bar had a great menu & reasonable prices and every Bob’s number meal was delicious. A day trip to mini Stonehenge is recommended & a day trip to Magog is always special . We loved staying at Lynn’s. It’s very special place.

Stayed Jan 2, 2026Quiet and secluded place. Wood fire was warm and charming. Enjoyed the conversations with the host and the visitors from the another room. The view of the lake was comforting. Clearly saw folks ice fishing on the frozen lake.

Stayed Aug 9, 2025My husband and I had an amazing stay. Very relaxing: naps, time at the lake, breakfast and coffee on the screened porch, a serene walk at Eagles Point, and a ride on the Northern Star Cruise boat.

Stayed Jul 21, 2025I liked everything about this place. After sunset, we watched wildlife and drank beer on the deck. It was quiet, close to a day trip to Quebec. The lake and trail are at the edge of the property, less than a minute walk away. Great, warm host!

Stayed Jun 24, 2025This is my fourth visit with Lynn and the only place I'll stay when in the area. I can't recommend the property, or the host, enough! The beautiful, cozy, and spotless home is beautiful and reminds me of my Vermont roots. Conversations with Lynn are genuine and enjoyable. The only thing I would have changed would have been to have stayed longer.

Stayed Feb 15, 2025Stayed here with a friend for the long weekend to do some cross- country skiing and snow shoeing. You can ski right along the river and there are lots of trails in the woods right outside the door. Lynn was great. She kept the fire going to help us dry off our wet snow clothes. We felt comfortable right away and even went out to dinner together. This is the best deal around to ski at Jay Peak (40 min. ) or play in the lake in the summer. Sharing a bathroom was no big deal. Lynn is unique and chill. Ask her about teaching overseas. :) We will be back in the summer to kayak into Canada!
