Great room with a view of the harbor. Easy walking distance to downtown too.

Brian’s place is a convenient walk to services.

Property was exactly what I needed and the owner was extremely helpful. Highly recommend.

Great place

Needs Street number and/or other identification (Fort Wrangell) on property, visible from the Street.. Also, city sign identifying Street (Case, at intersection with Front Street) was missing, making it that much harder to find property.

Brian is a wonderful host, very informative and always ready to help. The room is large and comfortable. Highly recommended

Clean, close to town (walkable), and friendly and accommodating host. With limited restaurant options nice to have a refrigerator, microwave, and hot plate to make basic meals in the room.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay for one night. We visited Wrangell on a beautiful day and enjoyed a great evening on the deck looking out over the town and Zimovia Strait. Brian was a great host!

The host is more than willing to communicate, share suggestions, assist with airport and a nice conversationalist. There is no kitchen/sink/,...but, they have a good grill, i just had to ask for kitchen/cooking things and it was delivered very quickly. Just so you know, you do not have a kitchen,....so prepare to grill, microwave or dine out. The only complaint was the early morning (5am) activity and up or down the stairs. The location and view is very nice. The host is more than willing to ensure that you are getting the Wrangell experience. I would recommend.

Excellent location, view from deck, all amenities. Generous hosts offering extras, as well as being very neat and tidy. The Ashton family are terrific hosts! Not to mention that Wrangell is a very beautiful place, residents are genuinely kind, and helpful.

Returned again this year for a conference and stayed with Brian. Could ask for a better place to stay. Close to town, comfortable accommodations and e-bikes available to rent.

good clean room and good Wi-Fi. Didn't spend much time there as i was working 12 hours a day and didn't get to the room until after nine pm each night. Nice quiet place comfortable bed, good water pressure.

I arrived via Alaska Marine Highway (ferry system) , did know much about where to stay , booked with vrbo online glad i found this very intresting nice spot close to main downtown.

The room was exactly what we needed, a place to drop our stuff, clean up, and sleep well while we were gone for the day. Brian was a great host, a quick communicator, and so generous. Rent the ebikes! They're such a fun way to get around town! The bed was comfortable and the shower had lots of great water pressure. Nice harbor views from the deck and shared entry area.
