Stayed Sep 4, 2025Excellent host - couldn’t have been friendlier, and very very helpful. Lovely relaxed breakfast with plenty of choice and generous quantities! Great location - quiet, but within 5 minutes walk of several bus stops. Really felt like a home from home.

Stayed Apr 11, 2025We stayed 2 nights. Babs greeted us with coffee and biscuits after a long drive and couldnt have been more welcoming. The house and facilities are lovely. Our room with en-suite shower was very spacious and comfortable. A great selection available for breakfast.Parking was easy. The location was great for walking or catching a bus to the seaftont and surrounds.

Stayed Mar 5, 2025My wife and son stayed for a week and we couldn’t have found a better location and host. Babs is such a kind lady that went above and beyond to help us with sights to see, bus information, train information, places to eat, parking etc. She searched up websites for us to help with our travels and even gave my wife some medicine to help as she unfortunately got sick during our trip. I can’t say enough about how grateful we are to have met Babs and we will definitely stay with her again.

Stayed May 16, 2024This was such a fun and lovely stay! Babs was very quick to answer any questions, and she gave clear directions and information. The room was beautiful, bright, and spacious, and we enjoyed it very much. There was a large assortment of foods for breakfast, and we enjoyed the welcoming and casual atmosphere. Babs truly made us feel at home, giving us recommendations for places she thought we would like, and treating us like part of the household. The place is within easy walking distance to the sea, great shopping, and the Royal Pavilion. Would definitely recommend and hope to return one day! Thank you!!

Stayed Apr 8, 2024Went over to Brighton to see my son band play. We stayed at Bab's place she was an amazing hostess and her place was no nice. It was walking distance from everything and a great place to relax at night. We will go back again
