An easy walk into the centre of town and its many attractions including The North Laine (The Lanes), Royal Pavilion, Theatres, Palace Pier, Aquarium, Sea Front. Close to Preston Park and easy access from London via the A23. Ten minute walk from Brighton station or conveniently located for London Road station.

The space

Newly renovated, charming and bright onebedroom flat with own front door in a Victorian building in central Brighton with kitchen, bathroom, outdoor patio and sitting room. The ideal base for your Brighton adventure. Quiet, cosy, and close to the city centre. It is the perfect base for a Brighton stay.

Sitting Room
Comfy sofa in a sunny south facing sitting room with smart tv, DVD player and Netflix. There is a cosy armchair and plenty of books about Brighton and its history. There is also a dining table and chairs for meals which can be extended for friends.

Bedroom

The quiet bedroom at the rear of the property has a wardrobe, chest of drawers, hairdryer and beautiful mirror for getting ready in the mornings. The comfortable king size bed has white professionally laundered linen and hypoallergenic bedding. Towels are provided as part of your stay.

Kitchen
The kitchen is extremely well equipped with hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, iron and board.
There is a nespresso coffee machine and all of the utensils and cookware you could need for your stay

Bathroom
There is a white suite with bath over shower and a mirrored cabinet. Complimentary toiletries are provided as part of your stay.

Patio
Private patio at the rear is a good spot for a cup of coffee in the mornings.


The flat is accessed via a lockbox and guests have independent and exclusive use of the flat when they stay.

The flat is managed by my daughter, who lives nearby.

    Great little flat in a good location. This glat has everything you need to stay for a few days or for the week. Please make sure you ask for the paeking permits before arriving otherwise you will struggle to find parking but for £5 a day, i could not complain. The living room was cosy and the bedroom very comfortable. 30 minutes away from the seafront and 16 mins from the lanes makes it a good location for a fair price.

    Wonderful stay. Flat was exactly as pictured. Sunny and bright, with a wonderful kitchen. It is in a quiet residential area, yet very close to anything you may need.Owners very responsive. One thing to note, entrance to flat requires using some very narrow stairs, just noting incase of mobility issues. We had no problem. We would definitely stay here again.

    Great location, spacious home close to everything. Suited our needs. We parked in the street using a parking permit. There were about 10 step stairs getting down to the flat. Luckily I didn’t have to carry the luggage down. Would definitely return.

    Ideal spot for a base with everything in Brighton and Hove within easy reach. Very clean and tidy, all the information and amenities we needed. Patio area is quiet and private and the flat is very bright and airy. Would definitely stay again. Thanks!
