Your Sunny Home Away From Home

Nice place. Very clean. Quiet area. Easy to find even in the dark. The building has 4 units in 2 stories. Ours was an upstairs unit. There was a steep staircase to enter. This didn't present a problem but it did surprise me that the information didnlt make this clear. (It could be an issue for some people.)

Our stay at this VBRO property nestled along the picturesque border of New Hampshire and Vermont was nothing short of extraordinary. Situated right by a beautiful river, the location offered a serene ambiance that was perfect for unwinding and reconnecting with nature. Accommodation: The rental itself was charming and well-maintained, providing all the comforts of home amidst a stunning natural setting. The interior was tastefully decorated, with cozy furnishings and modern amenities that enhanced the overall experience. Scenic Views: One of the highlights of this property was undoubtedly its breathtaking views. The sight of the river gently flowing by, surrounded by lush greenery and the sounds of wildlife, was truly therapeutic. Whether enjoying a morning coffee on the porch or an evening stroll along the riverbank, the beauty of the surroundings never failed to captivate. Location: The location was ideal for exploring both New Hampshire and Vermont. Within easy driving distance, there were charming towns to visit, hiking trails to explore, and local eateries to indulge in regional delicacies. Despite its peaceful seclusion, the property was conveniently close to amenities, making it a perfect blend of convenience and tranquility. Hosts: Lastly, the hosts were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. From providing local tips to ensuring that everything was in order upon arrival, their hospitality truly enhanced the overall experience.

This was a perfect apartment in a beautiful area. It was the perfect place for the eclipse viewing and the host was amazing with local area recommendations!

Cozy and great location to tour Vermont or New Hampshire!!

Stayed here with my son while he had a baseball game nearby. It was such a great place. A nice walk to the river. Cute small town. Fun pub 2 minutes away. I’d def stay again if the need came up.

This home was cute, comfortable, well equipped, and the perfect location for our stay.

It was such a cute and cozy little place. Exactly what we needed for the weekend. The fire pit is adorable and was perfect for a chilly fall evening by the fire. We will definitely stay here again.

There was no mention of a steep staircases for this Verbo. There also was no mention of blind corners under a railroad bridge leading to the property. The lighting in the apartment was extremely poor in the kitchen and bathroom not to mention the stairwell. The outside of the building was poorly maintained with peeling paint and plants blocking the hand rail to the steps from the porch to the gravel parking area. At first glance the overall surface of the Verbo seemed clean but on closer inspection I found that the toilet was not clean the inside of the oven was greasy and the coffee maker with the attached toaster oven was very tackey. I realize that the building was very old but the security of $l,500.00 led me to believe that the interior would have been much nicer and the building better maintained.

The accommodations were not clean. The shower was full of mold. The general house was dirty.

The house location was perfect for our vacation.
