Located on the second floor, since it is in the historic center, there is no elevator, and access is via stairs.

Connectivity & Climate: High-speed Wi-Fi (perfect for smart working or streaming) and Air Conditioning in the kitchen and living room for maximum relaxation.

Master Bedroom: A spacious double room with a bridge wardrobe, TV, and an additional single armchair bed. Ideal space for a crib (0-2 years) as well.

Second Double Bedroom: Intimate and bright, perfect for a second couple or children, featuring a chest of drawers and charming details.

Convivial Living Area: Living room with a table and corner bench, TV, and a comfortable single sofa bed for a 6th guest.

Full-Optional Kitchen: Modern and fully equipped with an oven, fridge-freezer, espresso machine, kettle, and toaster.

Designer Bathroom: Completely renovated, featuring a large shower, bidet, and an illuminated mirror.

Welcome Home: The first supply of bed linen and towels is included in the price for your entire stay.

Extra Services (upon request): We offer additional linen changes during your stay (€15 for a complete bed + bath set / €10 for bath towels only, per person).

The entire apartment will be at your complete and exclusive disposal, including the second double bedroom and the living area with the sofa bed.

Important Notes Before Booking
We want your experience at WoW San Miniato to be perfect and transparent. Please read these short notes:

Accessibility: The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a building in the heart of the village. As is typical in historic towns, there is no elevator. Please keep this in mind in case of mobility difficulties or very heavy luggage.

Kitchenette Care: Final cleaning of the house is included. We kindly ask you to leave the kitchenette (dishes, hob, and fridge) clean and tidy as you found it. An extra charge of €50.00 will be applied if the kitchen is not cleaned.

No Tourist Tax: Unlike many other Tuscan cities of art, San Miniato does not require the payment of any tourist tax. An extra advantage for your stay!

Extra Linen Services: We provide the first set for free. If you wish for an extra change during your stay:

Full Set (Bed + Bath): €15.00 per person

Towels Only: €10.00 per person

Number of Guests: To ensure the correct configuration of rooms and beds (as described in the Access section), please remember to always enter the exact number of people at the time of booking.

Where to Park in San Miniato
Staying in the heart of the ancient village is magical, and with these tips, parking will be very simple:

Weekends and Evenings: On Saturdays, Sundays, and every evening, free parking is available just a few steps from the apartment. A very convenient solution for those returning after a day out.

Weekdays:

Piazza Dante: The best solution. Half of the square offers white lines (free) and the other half blue lines (paid). This is the area where it is easiest to find a spot.

On-street: You can park along the main streets in the paid blue lines.

Via Guicciardini: There is a paid parking lot very close by, but since it has few spaces, it is often full.
