Stayed Jul 11, 2024The apartment was very comfortable, well-equipped and roomy. Only my husband and I stayed this trip, but the space is plenty large enough to accommodate a family. Thank you to Spencer and his wife for helping us by quickly replacing the large flat screen TV that went on the fritz. They were so attentive and pleasant to deal with. The apartment is actually in walking distance to restaurants and sights in Topsham and Brunswick. We hiked the bridge loop trail and really enjoyed it. Supermarket shopping is within a 3 minute drive and very convenient. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Stayed Sep 29, 2022Great place - very clean and owner was really communicative. The location is really close to Brunswick. We had 7 adults and there was plenty of space (and owner left extra bedding and plenty of towels, which was great). Thanks!
