This new, open concept modern design suite is one of our most popular rentals. It's central location, modern design, and accessibility keeps guests coming back year after year. The Winter Street suite is in walking distance to many amenities, including downtown Brunswick, the Topsham Fair Mall, movie theater, and multi-cultural restaurants. This space has all that you need from in-unit laundry room to high-end appliance. Working remotely No problem! The suite has high speed wireless internetand a workstation with basic office supplies. This comfortable and sunny suite is accessible for guest with mobility challenges, with a low threshold into the entry/back patio and a curb-less custom-tiled shower.
Guests have access to the entire Unit A suite and the private patio and backyard. The suite is located in a pedestrian-friendly neighborhood that offers a network of sideways to the Androscoggin River walk, award-winning restaurants in downtown Brunswick, the grocery store, movies, and department stores.

When checking in at the Winter Street suite you will have all that you need to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. With a fully equipped kitchen including high-end appliances and linen and bedding to make your stay comfortable, you’ll feel right at home! You can walk anywhere! However, we also offer on-site parking for two vehicles for your driving needs.
Consumable products such as toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry/dish detergent, trash bags, etc. are supplied upon check-in, and usually provides up to a 2 week supply for most guests. If you book for longer than two weeks, please plan to replenish these items for the remainder of your stay.

This property was the perfect place for my family on our vacation. My son is a wheelchair user and this property was extremely accessible. I would highly recommend this for anyone in similar situation. Travel is not easy for us and we were able to enjoy our vacation without any issues. Everything was organized and welcoming.

This was our second visit to this very modern suite. We enjoyed our stay very much and appreciated the treats that were left for us upon Check-In. The location is excellent because there is easy access to main routes that you may want to explore. Brunswick a great town more residential than touristy and we were happy to revisit favourites from past visiits that were still there. The weather great rain that came was mostly at night. All in all another fun vacation in Maine. We highly recommend this property for your stay in the Topsham area!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The communication was great and the home was fully kitted out with brand new everything. It was a new renovation so could not have been cleaner or nicer. The air conditioning was ace and must be brand new based on other reviews, it worked extremely well. Lovely water pressure in the shower and comfortable softer beds. We ended up getting an air mattress at Target for our daughter which worked out great and left it behind for future visitors since we didn't want to pack it. Thanks so much for a great stay! We highly recommend, and will be back in future!

2 issues for me were: lots of road noise. Windows open because no a/c and Roku TV (basically apps and streaming only.....no cable). TV kind of funky too. Rebooted often. Maybe it was me....just didn't like the TV set-up.

We enjoyed our stay in Topsham. Close to Brunswick and also close to all new establishments in Topsham. Location in a residential area but close to shopping and other amenities. Our renter was most congenial and helpful with our stay keeping in touch with us. We certainly would reccomend this location!

We very much enjoyed our stay! The home is meticulously clean and well appointed with great attention to detail. We found the location ideal. The property is centrally located and close to Bowdoin College and Main Street (5 minutes), Bailey Island and Harpswell Island (15-20 minutes). So much beauty to explore along the ME coastline. We will definitely stay at this property again!
