This is a beautiful and stylish studio apartment with private entrance on first floor, a perfect home stay in Maine. This studio is a part of a historical brick building, one of the most unique buildings. Open layout gives plenty space for 2, couch can be pull out sofa bed, providing sleeping for extra 1. Full motion TV makes great entertainment. It's in a nice & safe neighborhood walkable to downtown Brunswick and there is a bonus water front trail down on the road for a nice walk.

Stayed Aug 3, 2024Very clean, new, and modern. Only complaint is there could be a lot more kitchen utensils (ie. cheese grater, measuring cups/spoons, more pots/pans/mixing bowls. And more availability of blankets/pillows/garbage bags etc. Otherwise a beautiful spot in a great location!

Stayed Jul 26, 2024There were no instructions left for what was expected upon checkout (i.e. trash, dishes (dishwasher or not?), what to leave the temperature, etc. No suggestions for restaurants or shopping. Cute place and a new-ish construction. Some outside areas were unfinished. Nice neighborhood and within a few miles of everything needed. I reached out to the host upon checkout and received no response. I had informed them an exterminator was likely needed at the property.

Stayed Aug 2, 2023Our check in process was a little strange. We had not received any information prior to showing up about how to access the unit. Instead, when we arrived there was a person that came up to us and showed us how to get in. It would have been nice to know ahead of time that we would be meeting a person because check in was anytime after 4pm. Would she had still been there if we didn't arrive until later that night? The unit did provide some essentials like a hair dryer and shampoo which was nice. Although it would have also been nice if there was a guidebook of sorts that provided food recommendations and nearby stores. Also would have been nice to have a box fan in the unit. There is a window until which is great, but the air doesn't reach the bed area very well so plug in fans would be a nice addition. The unit was very clean with the exception of under the bed. My son had dropped a toy that rolled under the bed and it was apparent that area had not been cleaned in awhile. Overall our stay was very nice and we were in a great location close to shopping and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!
