The property was quaint. The room clean and tidy. You have to be on the lookout for parking, as it is limited at the property.

A great little spot near forysth park. Very clean, no smells, no bugs or weird hairs,has all the basics. Pros- you can walk to so much- about a 0.25 mile from Forysth park. Near cute eateries. Addressing some of the other reviews. No, there isnt an iron or ironing board. Yes, the water pressure in the shower is oddly low and does require a longer rinse time. But there are plenty of soaps and hot water to offset. Yes, the tv is small especially with how cheap they are these days. There are 3 windows, that are darker but plenty of indoor lighting. Privacy is not a concern. Parking is street parking and very limited directly in front. But you can easily find free street parking within 1-2 blocks. There is an upstairs tenant that does make noise walking around. First night this was of normal waking hrs and not an issue. Second night it was throughout the later evening and into the night being disruptive to sleep. AC excellent but noisy when on. Did not have great communication with rental property- texted with a reply. Called and never got a call back despite being informed we would receive one.

It was cozy and quite. Good accommodations. But I would suggest a larger TV. We will certainly consider staying here again when visiting Savannah.

Clean, quiet and comfortable condo in a great neighborhood.

This is a cute, clean and nicely located property in historic Savannah. Perfect for a couple to stay for a couple of nights. The furniture in the sitting area is very nice and comfortable, as is the bed (nice fluffy pillows!). We appreciated the ice maker and water dispenser in the refrigerator. There was also an ample supply of nice plush towels. Unfortunately there is absolutely no natural light coming into the property. The two windows look out onto basically a wall. Waking up in the morning is like waking up in the middle of the night. You cannot tell time of day or if the sun is out. In addition, the shower head puts out an erratic spray for an unsatisfying shower. While there were many positives for this property, we probably would not stay here again.

Location, Location, Location. You could walk everywhere. Quaint place, in the historic area of Savannah. Parks at almost every other corner,with the most beautiful Architectural buildings and homes. While walking might only take 8 minutes to be somewhere, sometimes it would take us 45 because we we looking at everything. Probably the most beautiful historic city we have ever been to. Your place was so spacious for a studio...the rooms were divided so it didn't feel like a studio. Plenty of seating and a fabulously comfortable bed.Beautiful modern and fully stocked kitchen. Bath with extra towels, a beautiful patio off the kitchen,great for your morning coffee. Absolutely loved your place. We will be definitely returning to your place in future trips to Savannah. Everything was as described. Communication was good. Great location. A 3 minute walk to a great place for drinks and dinner. Would definitely rebook!

The room itself is a very big studio. I really enjoyed our stay as we were close to downtown but not too close. We were able to find free overnight street parking and just moved our car as needed which was great. Others wrote about the upstairs neighbor being very loud. This was a true fact. We would be woken up at 1AM to very loud walking. This was really my only complain about the property as it was hard to fall asleep and stay asleep due to this. It would be louder than the cars outside.

The place was absolutely beautiful. The only thing I can find wrong was two things. The people that lived upstairs was very noisy and sounding like elephants walking across the floor. The main problem I had was there’s no privacy all the windows you can see right through the windows from the outside, there’s no curtains if you had some curtains I think it would be a little bit better but everything else was absolutely just perfect. The restaurants down on River Street was amazing but we will see y’all again.

This was a wonderful property and I would recommend it, very clean and spacious.

The accommodations were very nice, everything was clean and well taken care of. The only complaint was that the people above were loud, whenever we were there, and well into the night till around 11-11:15. Otherwise it was a good place to stay.

Place was lovely for the few days stay. The negative we had were the parking issues, no available broom for possible clean up, and thermostat seemed to not work. It never got any warmer than 68 inside and it was about 40-50 the whole stay. Also no additional blankets for comfort. Location was fantastic and lived that we could walk to anywhere within historic Savannah.

My wife and I stayed here for a weekend in Savannah. The space was very clean and had everything we needed for a short stay. The location was excellent—quiet, safe, and only a short walk or drive to Riverwalk and downtown attractions.Communication could be improved. The listing says check-in instructions are sent three days prior, but we never received them and had to ask at arrival. The same thing happened with checkout procedures—we had to request them the morning we were leaving. I had also asked about an early check-in, was told someone would update me, and never heard back. The property managers were polite when I called, but response time through messaging was slow.One more note: guests are not allowed to use the on-site garage and must rely on street parking. Allowing garage access would definitely enhance the guest experience.Overall, the stay was pleasant and the property itself was great—clean, quiet, and well-located. With smoother communication and a few small updates, this could easily be a 5-star stay.

The room was clean and fresh. It is in a highly populated area of walkers during day/night. The studio is very quiet. It is cozy for two since the bed is not within closed walls but the layout of the space is excellent! We only used the coffee maker, fridge, and toaster. The kitchen was well stocked and had a small dishwasher. Excellent location for walking to restaurants and historic Savanah sites. Heavily populated and safe areas with people walking through the day and late night. Stayed during Octoberfest and the walk to riverfront is about 13 minutes away. Cobblestone sidewalks a little uneven and tricky for walking. We would stay at this location again.

There is an amazing Cuban restaurant a few blocks away.The only cons we really found were the shower head only mists you. With the weather being hot and muggy in GA like it is it was difficult to feel really clean or like you actually got all the soap and conditioner rinsed off. Also the 12 cup coffee maker only had pod pack for a sing cup of coffee and the wrong kind of filters.We did run into the city of savannah going under a boil water advisory. We were disappointed that the management company never notified us about it. We didn't find out until we went into town to get lunch and they couldn't serve any ice and told us why.Over all it was a great place to stay and we would stay again.

You always hear Location, Location, Location! In this case it really was. Great place to patk the car and then walk or bike from there. Everything was nearby-great restaurants/bars/riverwalk and the squares for relaxing and people watching. Very happy with the accommodations-Home Away from Home

My siblings and I purchased this trip for our parents for Christmas and it was a perfect trip for them!! They loved the layout of the space and enjoyed being centrally located to most everything they did! This space is perfect for a quick little getaway!!

Pros - The place was lovely. Great location and surprisingly quiet since it’s on a very busy street. Bed was comfy. Safe neighborhood. Cons - No iron and ironing board which I specifically asked about PRIOR to renting. Basics in kitchen. 3 bottles of water in fridge only. No salt, pepper, spices to cook with. Had a coffee pot (not a Keurig) but the pods provided were not the proper size for the coffee pot. Most disappointing thing was that I tried to contact the host to see if we could check in 30 minutes early and received no response. Parking was challenging. Not a lot available on the street. I contacted the host again to see if we could use the vacant garage. Again, no response.

Absolutely loved our stay. The unit was beautiful with a small patio that was completely secluded. The host actually showed up as we were checking in to install a picture in the bathroom and gave us a GREAT food suggestion! My only suggestion would be possibly a broom. I clean for a living and wish I could’ve swept before we left.

The interior was so very cozy, I slept wonderfully.The host was quick to respond and very helpful and courteous.I already can't wait to stay here again when I return to Savannah to do a proper experience of the town without a busy wedding schedule. This rental was perfect for me. Clean, nicely furnished, comfy bed, great location. I was only in town for a few days and mostly ate out, so I didn’t use the kitchen but it seemed pretty well equipped. It’s a garden apartment, which means few windows, but it was well-lit so it didn’t feel like a dungeon. The property manager was responsive to messages. My two minor complaints are: I confirmed in advance that there would be an iron and an ironing board. Neither of which were there, so I walked around in wrinkled clothes. Not the end of the world. The other issue is that the shades are light filtering, not light blocking, so you could see through them. The alleyway between the homes seemed private, but it was a little unsettling that someone could see inside at night. These blinds also allowed the porch light on the house across the street to beam onto my pillow and into my eyes while trying to sleep. My remedy was to hang a towel over the offending window (there were nails in the trim, thankfully) so issue resolved. I will likely stay here again as the location was perfect for visiting my SCAD student.
