This is a wonderful historic home situated in the West End of Provincetown (the best part of Ptown). It's very quiet but yet only a few minutes' walking distance to some of the popular bars and restaurants. There's a lot of space in the front room, bathroom and bedroom. The walk-in closet is great as well. There's plenty of room for hanging and storing clothes. The kitchen is a bit disjointed, but nothing too difficult to manage for small meals. My particular unit had a private garden and access to the outside shower. The front garden is very pretty and I loved the variety of flora they had. There's also a bike rack. Richard and Peter were wonderful hosts and, living adjacently, they were available whenever I needed anything. I was greeted upon arrival and bid farewell upon exit. I'd definitely recommend this place!

Had a wonderful stay for a 10 day week+ Labor Day weeekend. Hosts live next door, which made check-in super easy. We didn’t need a thing during our stay, but it was good to know they were easily available. Great size 1 bedroom with a nice living room and cute outdoor space. We don’t cook much in ptown, but kitchen had everything one would need if they wanted to. Full size washer and dryer was a nice feature to do some laundry as we went and to keep towels and things fresh. Great space, great location. Steps to Relish, 2 min walk to the Boat Slip.

This is a beautifully maintained property in a quiet location, yet provides easy access to the beach and all of the commercial activities along Commercial Street. The unit we rented had a private entrance and access to two lovely garden areas (one for the exclusive use of our unit). I would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for a lovely place to stay in Provincetown's West End.

Wonderful week - Richard and Peter were great hosts and the property was great -- very comfortable space and close to everything in PTown -- can't wait to come back for another visit!

Richard, Peter and Thorwald (sp) are wonderful hosts. Great location for walking everywhere and there's a bike rack. Wonderful period furnishings and accents and two patios. One is private to the unit. You'll love this one.

Booking was promptly confirmed. The unit is in the perfect location, a couple blocks from the excitement in the West End, but still very quiet. Host family is friendly. The unit itself is clean, well-decorated, and functions great. We will definitely be coming back.

Pros: Location- You’re probably a five minute walk from the door to the Boatslip, and maybe a five minute bike ride to the Ptown Inn Pool Patio/Garden- a private area for hanging with friends! Parking! Spacious Living Area (for Ptown) Cons: Thin Walls – I felt bad at night, because I wasn’t sure if the TV was too loud. Once in a while we would hear the occupants in the main house, during the day. This property is in a mostly quiet area. HDMI ports didn’t’ work with Google Chromecast- This may have been operator error, but none of the HDMI ports on the TV recognized our Chormecast. Not a big deal. We were only using it, because it was off season. I doubt the TV gets much use in general! (Bring a DVD for a rainy day) My partner stayed here for 2 nights. We’ve been coming to Ptown for over 15 years. This apartment was great. The Kitchen and Bathroom looked recently (re)done. The Kitchen is small, so don’t plan on cooking much. It was perfect for us! FYI- You might think there is somewhat limited shelving in bathroom, but just use the medicine cabinet! Lastly, the bedroom is very sunlit; which is great for early risers (less so, if you are a light sleeper)! In short, we would definitely stay here again!
