Great flat in a really good central location

We had the most amazing stay and would recommend it to anyone . I really hope to go back one day and stay . Everything was so clean and it was like a home from home with all the added touches . Edele was so kind to us and we are all so grateful . She gave us so much information and was so kind and let check in early and out late. Fabulous location , near a tram stop in to Edinburgh . Don’t hesitate to book as I’m sure this is a really popular place .

Everything about the apartment was first class, large with everything you would need. Very central and close to an abundance of amenities. I recommend the property and wouldn't hesitate to book again.

What an amazing place in Edinburgh! Our family of six had a perfect time there because it was close to everything we needed, walking distance to the tram and close to grocery stores as well. Everything in the house is really easy to use as well so it was very comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

Host gave clear instructions and helpful information, and was responsive when we had questions. The property was immaculately clean, comfortable, and in beautiful condition, and she even stopped by to make sure we had everything we needed. The location is quiet and ideally located away from the hustle and bustle of busy Edinburgh, but close enough to walk anywhere you might want to go.All 4 of us rate our stay 100 out of 100!

The accommodation was really well equipped, everything we needed to cook in the kitchen, books for the children etc. The host was there to welcome us and was very friendly. Great location close to Leith Walk with all it's shops and restaurants and trams to the city centre, but tucked away enough to be quiet. Highly recommend

This is a beautiful and well kept apartment with a full array of cookware, dishes, towels, etc. The apartment has recently been renovated and has top of the line appliances including a Bosch washer/dryer combo, dishwasher, stove, and full size refrigerator. It is on the ground floor so it is quite accessible. It was extremely clean.The apartment is within easy walking distance (5 minutes)of several food coops and a Tesco as well as bakeries and other restaurants and shops. It is about a mile from the castle and about a mile from the palace. It makes for a pleasant half hour walk to either place or an inexpensive (6 pounds) Uber ride. The owner, Edele, is delightful and provides great information prior to arrival and is quick to respond to questions or concerns. Edinburgh is a beautiful and interesting city, and this apartment is a perfect place to stay while you are there.

Great apartment, very comfortable, in great condition with excellent bathrooms & all the appliances you could need. It was very convenient for walking to different places & had the extra bonus of private parking right outside & step free access. It was also exceptionally clean! Whoever the cleaner is, they should be retained at all costs, they do a brilliant job! We'll definitely use it again when we need a larger place to stay.

The apartment was wonderful. Very spacious, well equipped, and well located. Almost everything was within less than 2 miles of the apartment and very walkable. The tram and city bus stations were close to the apartment and easy to use. Edele was easy to communicate with and quickly responded to questions. Would definitely stay there again.

We absolutely loved our stay! The apartment was spotless, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, and Uber drivers arrived within minutes to take us to the city. We loved our close walk to Lieth, to shop for groceries and to eat at local pubs.

Location was great! Easy to shopping...easy to get Uber pickup. Didn't use the kichen for cooking more than morning toast & tea. Host could not have been more attentive & personable. Recommend.

We so enjoyed our stay at Edele's apartment. We there 4 nights. It was extremely comfortable and fit. Our party is fixed perfectly due to the apartment having everything we needed we didn't really have to contact Edele More than I think one time during our stay. Plus in the notebook in the sitting room there was plenty of information in there about the apartment and the surrounding areas with great recommendations for food and places to see. Since the first day I scheduled this booking, Edele was very communicative. She provided clear instructions and was there when we arrived to greet us and show us the property.This unit is fully equipped, perfect for a family with all the amenities you will need to feel at home. It is conveniently situated and in a safe neighborhood. I felt at peace walking on my own from Edinburgh Castle to this unit. I highly recommend it.On a separate note, I would like to personally thank Edele because she went above and beyond coordinating a small delivery I needed to get to Edinburgh prior to my arrival. She was extremely helpful.

Well stocked and centrally located. Easy to navigate the city. Would stay here again.

The flat is large. We had six people in our party and we had plenty of space. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were spacious. Kitchen was well equipped. About a 15 minute walk to new town and a 25 walk to old town. Bus service is also available close to the flat. Edele was great at communicating with us throughout the process.

We loved the 5 min easy access to the tram. Also loved the spaciousness and modern kitchen and bathrooms. Large kitchen table was fun for family games after a full day of sightseeing and the family room had very comfortable seating. The apartment was well equipped with all of the amenities we needed. Instructions and communication from our host, Edele, was excellent.

We are a group of sr women traveling thru Scotland, Ireland and Northern Ireland for 3 weeks. We spent 6 nites here and it was the perfect place to stay to get to various locations via uber or public bus. The apartment was very roomy, comfortable and clean. We were very happy here. We had a nice stay at Edele her place. Had good contact when we could arrive and/or place the bags. Same with leaving, there were no guests after us so we could leave the bags in her app because we had a late night flight.The rooms were very nice and clean.

The property was lovely. Short taxi or walk to the town centre. Our holiday was Dec and the owener had been in and put the heating one. We were meet by a lovely lit Christmas tree in the hallway. The apartment had every thing we needed and more.

We had a wonderful time

Three family members and I stayed at Edele’s apartment to attend my sons wedding and it was perfect. Spacious, very clean, comfortable and cosy. We cooked a meal on our first night in the extremely well equipped kitchen and dining area and slept very well in the comfortable beds after the festivities the following night. Edele met us on arrival and was very helpful explaining everything, her communication was excellent before and during our stay. The free parking is such a bonus in Edinburgh city centre. Thanks very much Edele.

We loved our stay! The apartment was very spacious and stocked with all the basic necessities we needed for a week in Edinburgh. We were a group of 6 adults and the apartment was well equipped for a group that size—plenty of cozy living room chairs, a huge kitchen and table, etc. It had easy access to grocery, buses, the tram, and local sights. Our host made sure we felt right at home and was extremely communicative with any questions.

We were three (senior) couples, family related. Edele's apartment was exactly what we needed. Ground level entry, large kitchen and dining area, separate lounge area, three bedrooms, wonderful location, walking distance to stores and restaurants on Leith Walk, easy access by car with free parking. The apartment was nicely furnished, with essential amenities and more. Communication with Edele was easy and frequent to make sure that we had all the information necessary. We particularly appreciated the extensive information she provided about the area, transport, restaurants and things to see and do. We all recommend Edele's apartment without hesitation!!

5 adults stayed here comfortably in this spacious, attractive and conveniently located flat. It is fully appointed and the 2 bathrooms were beautiful and sufficient for a small group. The hostess, Edele, went out of her way to provide an orientation and information about the neighborhood and local transit. There was a small glitch with us not knowing how the electrical switches work in Scotland and Edele promptly came over and solved the issue. She was welcoming and in touch. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this lovely flat for a stay in Edinburgh!

‘Spacious’ is the word - apartment is really big and was very comfortable for a group. Close to tram but also walking distance to Waverley.

Great area, lovely property, ideal for 5 adults. So nice to have parking right outside. Super kitchen with all necessary Really appreciated the extra effort on the coffee. So many walkable places. We loved The Brunswick Book Club and would definitely recommend their food and cocktails. It’s an easy walk from the property and has a great ambience. We hope to return one day soon.

Perfect flat for the 6 nights we spent in Edinburgh as a family of 5. Enough space that we could not only sleep, but properly live there. Had everything we could have wished for, including a fully equipped kitchen and toys for the kids. Very proactive, responsive, friendly and professional host.

Edele’s apartment exceeded our expectations in every way. As this was our first family trip to Scotland, with kids ranging from 5-15, we were looking for a home that was spacious, comfortable, convenient and with important amenities (AC, washer/dryer, well stacked kitchen, etc.). All boxes were checked and more! The location was also impeccable as we were a very short walk to markets, restaurants and Edinburgh city center itself. We had a rental car so the included parking came in handy. Our Scotland trip created many memories, with staying at Edele’s place being part of that. We will be back!
