    We love the Watermark, we always go during the Avocado festival and the location couldn’t be better.Two large bedrooms with plenty of room for the three of us. Nicely appointed.We enjoyed the outdoor area and comfortable furniture.A dedicated parking spot would make this place perfection!See you next year!

    This is one of the best VRBO’s we have ever stayed in. It was very clean and comfortable, with all the supplies you could want/need. Working with the host was easy and timely. Great Carpinteria location near shops, beach, and restaurants. Cannot recommend this place enough!

    This place is a hidden gem in Carpinteria. It will be our go to accommodation for all future visits to family here. The location could not be better, within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Even though it is centrally located, it was amazingly quiet which was wonderful. The condo itself was clean and new, and very thoughtfully appointed. My sister-in-law who has elderly parents, was overjoyed to see this condo and will be having here parents stay at Watermark on their future visits. We will be staying at Watermark again.

    Great property in the heart of Carpinteria. It is walking distance from coffee shops and restaurants in the area. The beach is literally down the street.

    the property was clean, attractive, and well-located. By being downtown we were close to everything including a gym. Also, it was quiet and felt very safe. Truly loved it!

    Loved how close we were to Linden ave. The worker bee cafe had the best breakfast and it was a block and a half away. Walking to the beach was nice to. Would of been nice to be made aware of the tar on the beach and ways to remove it but not a deal breaker.

    This was an immaculate 2 bedroom apartment. The beds were comfortable, the decor modern and clean, and the location was great. Just blocks from the beach. We only stayed three nights, but I would definitely come back and stay longer if I the opportunity arises.
