Stayed Jan 3, 2026Annie, the manager, was attentive and addressed our needs and questions promptly. The price was good for a place on a canal during peak season. We enjoyed watching the many Manatees in the canal. The efficiency apartment could use a little updating, but overall was fine. Quiet neighborhood. Very close to Englewood beach which we enjoyed very much.

Stayed Sep 20, 2025The pictures of property were misleading. Water pressure was poor. Hot water was limited. Had to call to get ac temperature adjusted. Place was very small and needs a lot of work.
