This place is a cozy, beautifully decorated gem less than 5 minutes from MAX and bus transportation, in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood.

Great location next to many restaurants and public transportation. The place was very clean and nice.

Wry nice a roomy kitchen which is very important to us as we cook wherever we go.

Great location and stay in Portland

I stayed here for five days and it was a very comfortable stay. Very easy to access and it is right next to a coffee shop and restaurant.

We loved this place! Super convenient access to public transportation, airport, downtown, and freeways. It's a very cute studio, small but with everything you need. Will definitely stay here again!

I stayed for 5 nights at this wonderful studio rental …. The unit was extremely clean and neat well appointed with full kitchen everything I needed was provided and a washer and dryer …. Bed was comfy and bathroom appeared to be brand new !!! Great location !!! Close to downtown and rail lines….but neighborhood was still quiet and safe and even as the lower unit it has lots of windows for great natural light and blinds for privacy when needed I will definitely try to stay here next time I visit your amazing city!!!Thank you for making my stay that much better !!

Amazing property … extremely clean … wonderful location in a safe neighborhood ..well lit … quiet .. fully appointed kitchen will definitely stay again on my next visit!! Would highly recommend to anyone … small place so max 2 folks but everything you need including washer/dryer … thanks for a great week !!!

Such a great location: convenient to everything and just at the edge of a verdant neighborhood of historic homes with beautiful gardens which felt like walking in London (except it’s super hilly!). It was never hard to find parking nearby on the street. Loved the decor, the updated kitchenette and bathroom. IMHO possible ways to make this place a perfection would be to provide a fan (with the nice weather we didn’t really need heating or cooling, but it got kind of stuffy and to open the windows would’ve been too much traffic noise), a table lamp by the bed, a floor lamp in place of the large silk plant by sofa (so one doesn’t have to use bright overhead lights at night), and light filtering shades for daytime privacy from the busy street/sidewalk (having to partially block the windows during the day with the current blackout shades is a bummer). But we would definitely stay here again :)

This spot was very cute and in such a quaint neighborhood, within walking distance to so many cafes and restaurants. This was a perfect place to spend our little weekend getaway to and would do it again.

Super close to the Max and I walked pretty much everywhere. The studio is cozy with everything you need and some thoughtful touches. Communication with the property manager was good - very responsive. I took a star off because while it's clear they have a cleaner, it was also clear there was some corners cut. I found multiple strands of hair in bed, crumbs on the floor, hair and crumbs in fridge, crumbs in drawer. The property manager offered to send the cleaning team out the next day but I ended up cleaning so I could feel comfortable staying that first night.

This property was clean and the perfect size. It was a bit cold when we first arrived and took some time to warm up. The whole property was really amazing.

The space is exactly as advertised, clean, cute and has everything 1 needs. The location was perfect for my work, making the commute easy. I would definitely stay here again.

The unit is clean, cozy, and has everything you need for a visit to Portland. All the comforts of home, we were particularly pleased with the very comfortable bed and washer and dryer. But the best thing about this place is its location! 15 minute walk to Washington park, 3 minute walk to the Max station, and only 10 minutes from the grocery store. You can get anywhere in Portland from this apartment! Skip the rideshare from the airport and take the Max line out to Goose Hollow/SW Jefferson. About a 50 minute ride, but a fraction the cost and the station is truly only 3 minutes from this unit. We can’t wait to come back!

This studio exceeded expectations. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, and we appreciated all the little details to make the space functional. Ie: the mobile TV stand — so you can watch from bed or the living area, blackout shades since the prop faces East, the washer & dryer w/ detergent, and the straightforward communication from the guest contact. Thank you for a great stay! We’d definitely stay again.

I can’t say enough great things about our stay! From the communication with the host (which was amazing), to the amenities and location of the unit, everything was just perfect. So close to Washington Park, the train and excellent dining options. Well truly miss this place and….the art!
