Please note: This is a private garden-level suite located beneath a 4-bedroom house. Bars and restaurants are nearby, so there may be some outside noise due to the high-traffic area. The driveway is not available for guest use, and additional cars will require paid street parking. A short flight of stairs leads to the entrance, which may be a consideration for those with accessibility concerns.
