Stayed Oct 10, 2025Everything was amazing! The interior remodel was done perfectly preserving original features beautifully! Location was walking distance from local restaurants and a trout dock. The only thing that would have made it better is ice trays in the freezer for drinks.

Stayed Mar 11, 2025This is a great place to stay! It was one of the cleanest places I’ve rented and such a great history of the building. The decor really captures the vibe of the White River and the area. It’s so convenient and Drew was always very prompt with instructions and information. There was a very sweet orange tiger kitty who watched over my coming and going! I’d love to stay here again and definitely will if it’s available for my next trip to Cotter!
