Walk to Beach, Shopping, and Dining!

We love the place and location.

We enjoyed staying at your property. The inside boasted a clean and bright studio-like space with all brand new appliances, an elegantly designed bathroom, and a full-sized stackable washer and dryer. Generally, it utilized every inch of a small space, like a Manhattan apartment would. The patio allowed enough space for us and our dog, however we were reluctant to use the grill as it was adjacent to a wooden fence and the front window. Granted it was a brand new property, some improvements can be made; with the microwave often blowing out, the electrical would have to be altered; additionally, we had to request for someone to drop off an iron and ironing board, which they kindly delivered immediately. Overall…Great property. Great location. Excellent customer service.

We really loved the location and the space was beautiful. Very clean. 4pm check in was a little late and then to be out by 9am for check out seemed a little early. But overall a nice place to stay in P Town.

I booked this little place for my boyfriend's birthday celebration and we had a great time. The house was small, but was nicely appointed. We could easily walk into town to enjoy ourselves. A bonus was that it was dog friendly and my puppy enjoyed himself so very much! I would recommend this property! Thank you.

I took my dog for an off-season get away to PTown. It was beautifully updated and very conveniently located to Commercial Street. Check in and check out were easy. Communications were clear. Home was meticulously clean. It had all the comforts of being a home away from home...with a beautiful added touch of a heated bathroom floor. Will absolutely stay here again!

Sometimes you just need to get out of town and stay in a cozy place for a few days. Lovely space that didn’t feel too crowded or small. Perfect for two. Clean, well lit, nice patio up top to catch some sun.
