    Great location with a dedicated parking spot right off King Street. Comfortable beds and overall a really nice spot. Highly recommend for anyone needing to be in Charleston for an extended period of time or just a few days. Walking (or just about) to all points of interest, great r restaurants, campuses, etc. and very easy access over the bridges to beach communities, etc. Would def stay here again.

    Many years ago I visited Charleston with a few friends. We didn’t stay long and I have always wanted to come back. This time it was with my husband. We had a wonderful time. The location and comfort of this lovely condo were just what we needed. Highly recommend and would stay again.

    The apartment is located in the middle of everything and very walkable to most attractions. While clean it could use a major scrub down and a little more TLC, things are starting to wear down. Communication with the corporate owner was not confirmed or responded to. I had to initiate confirmations. Easy to check in although arriving late the entrance is not well lit and could be improved. Furniture is comfortable but could use updating. The beds were comfortable but lighting in the bath is poor. The contract to rent is a bit extreme and you have to sign an adhesion agreement that severely limits your rights if anything goes wrong. Too much corporate and not enough heart. Longing for the days of owner operated properties

    We were able to walk everywhere from this location! A 15 minute walk to the French quarter. Bars and restaurants everywhere! The apartment was clean and the host accommodating. Some updates are needed such as additional night stands, plugs/usbs,microwave panel kept falling off, ice dispenser did not dispense. Overall a good experience.

    This property was absolutely perfect for our 4-person gals trip to Charleston. Located right by all of the shops, restaurants, and bars we wanted to go to, we didn’t have to get into an Uber a single time over the weekend. Check in and check out process was an absolute breeze and the apartment had all the space we needed, including one parking spot right out back. Five stars all around, highly recommend!!

    We really enjoyed the apartment, its location, the Parking Spot! Walked everywhere and also hired the pedi-cabs on the corner for longer distances. Smooth check-in, great communication, everything needed for an enjoyable extended weekend or longer. Don’t hesitate to book here.
