Villa 25 South Shores - Normanville

This property was perfect for our family- had everything we needed. The location was perfect- nice and quiet with lovely views from the deck, close to the basketball court, playground,swimming pool and beach access. The grounds are lovely, neat with lots of beautiful birdlife. We loved our stay and are keen to return. Thanks!

Swimming pool was great. Volleyball and basketball was enjoyed. Walks to the beach were lovely.

We’ve stayed in South Shores 15 times and this Villa was one of our favourites as it’s a bit more private than most of the others and it has everything we need. We enjoyed how close it is to the pool and boardwalk. Loved sitting on the deck watching kangaroos bouncing by. Good air con. Reasonably comfy beds. Not a fan of the glass coffee table in the lounge. Overall though it’s a lovely villa.

Loved that this house was central to the pool and green playspaces but still removed enough to feel secluded and peaceful. A perfect stay with family. This house is comfortable and has everything needed for a great stay.

Excellent location as. single standing house on the outer perimeter near lawned area and beach boardwalk entrance. Normanville surf life saving club just a 800m along the beach. Spacious rooms, photos don’t do it justice! Well equip TV, sound system, enough seating in and out. Good instructions by host. Good supplies of crockery etc. everything you need! Gorgeous family of magpies to greet snd serenade you in the morning. Bring some mince ss they’ll eat from your hand!The whole property gardens and surrounds are kept immaculate by the caretakers. Very enjoyable stay.

Home away from home. The property is well kept and has everything you need for an easy and relaxing get away. Kids loved the on site pool and we loved being surrounded by the birds and kangaroos. Would definitely book again, thanks Warren.

We loved how the property was perfectly located and had everything we needed without having to go anywhere else.

We enjoyed this villa very much There are a few maintainance issues that need to be addressed I left a list of the things we noticed that required attention. This did not stop us from having a great time at South Shores Thank you Warren

Lovely property overlooking paddocks and sand dunes. Lots of kangaroos and birdlife/ close to beach and a short walk to coffee. What more can you ask for.

The grounds the villa was in were spectacular and the photos online didn't give justice to how lovely the property was
