The 2 terraces are privileged places: a terrace with access from the kitchen with a table for 10 people. , breakfast in the open air or dinner with sunset in the background. And the other access to the bedroom with sun loungers and parasol.

Stayed Sep 3, 2022The apartment is just as shown on the website with walls of windows in the main bedroom,living room (with comfortable seating) and kitchen.There are two terraces with,one with two chairs,the other with a dining table,chairs and barbecue.Unfortunately we didn’t use the outdoor facilities as it rained at some point every day but instead enjoyed the view from the comfort of the living room!Plenty of crockery and cutlery and a dishwasher,two washing machines and the tablets to use them,plus iron and board.Also a hairdryer in the one shower room .Separate toilet which is good as with only one bathroom,at full capacity this would allow use of both simultaneously.Extremely quiet and we only met one other family coming out of the lift.Parking is in a secure basement garage.but plenty of on street parking.About 10/15 minutes walk into Concarneau,or perhaps 20 along the sea front.Pascal was on holiday and had arranged fluent English speaker Jean to greet us.Everything went smoothly.The apartment and owner warrant the reviews.

Stayed Jul 13, 2019Concarneau is a great holiday location anyway, through in a fantastically positioned penthouse apartment with outstanding views and privacy and you know your holiday will be enjoyable. The apartment has pretty much everything you need feel at home and to relax. Wonderfully quiet at night. The two patios, sliding doors and electric shutters allow you to benefit from a lovely cooling sea breeze when the temperatures rise. Pascal was easy and straightforward to deal with and incredibly helpful particularly on my day of arrival, allowing me early access. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this holiday destination and accommodation.

Stayed Aug 25, 2018Great apartment with un-interrupted sea view. Very clean and well equipped. Pascal was very helpful. 25 mins walk to Concarneau town centre via the beautiful coast road, 20 mins via back streets. Easy on-street parking, or private underground parking.

Stayed Oct 21, 2017Fantastic views from the apartment, short walk into town. Apartment is well appointed, perhaps needs a little attention to be truly fantastic. Only 1 bathroom for 5 people is a drawback. We had a wonderful relaxed week in this beautiful part of Brittany
