Unit C, Spirit of Folly, Pet Friendly, 2 short blocks - 100 yards to the beach

Nice place, the bedrooms are very spacious. Living room and Tv was set up nicely. Kitchen nicely equipped. Quick walk to the beach access.

My son and I really enjoyed Unit C on a rainy weekend in Folly. Easy walk to the beach and the owner's thought of everything we might need during our stay. Love the outdoor shower. Thank you so much for a great trip, despite the weather!

Cozy place with excellent bedding and A/C. Host was comminicative, friendly and accomodating.

This hidden gem is small, but mighty. It was perfect for what we needed and was well equipped for our stay. Communication with the host was quick and easy, and the location can’t be beat for Folly if you’re not looking for front beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Pros: Short walk to the beach, very clean apartment. All the basic needs met for a basic basement level apartment . Communication was excellent. Walking distance to pier area . Dog park across street . Parking available at front and back . Parking available closer to the public beach access also if mobility is an issue . Outdoor shower. Water hoses available to wash feet/ beach gear . Cons: bathroom is extremely small and the shower is basically unusable, it is a large step up into shower with a curtain that blows in on you and soaks the bathroom floor ( used outdoor shower which was clean and met needs in Hot month of July ). Not suitable for those with handicaps as there are step steps at front and back door though it is only a couple of steps . A wheelchair nor walker will fit in bathroom . Terrain uneven outside . Also , public beach access points have steps up onto boardwalks over sand dunes .

We stayed for 4 nights. Great location close to beach and restaurants. The bathroom is very small, so it was nice to have the outdoor shower.

This home was perfect for my 2 night girls trip! The home was immaculate and the outdoor shower was the best! Perfect distance from the beach with chairs and towels available to borrow. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay! The outdoor shower was a favorite and was a Godsend when bringing 3 kiddos back from a day at the beach. We especially enjoyed the dog park right across the street for our little pug, Flint. The location is perfect for a relaxing vacation to Folly Beach!

Meg was very communicative and made check in and out seamless. The house is perfect for a weekend stay at the beach. Convenient to the beach and lots of good food. The outdoor shower is truly amazing. Would definitely come again!

This was our first stay in Folly Beach. The island is beautiful and the yards at everyone's houses are filled with nice plants, trees and shrubs. I enjoyed riding my bicycle and I felt very safe on the streets. We had our dog with us and it was a great area for her as well. It was close walking distance to a beach access and we enjoyed sitting at the back patio. My husband and I are both seniors, so the entrance steps were a bit hazardous for us to navigate, but otherwise the space was good. We chose the wrong time to be there because of so much holiday traffic and crowds(it was over Memorial Day weekend). The weather was great but for one afternoon with thunderstorms so we were lucky with that. We found it difficult to find handicap parking spaces on Center Street near restaurants so ate in our place most of the time. Generally we enjoyed our stay and plan to return to the area at a less busy time. Thank you Meg!
