Top Floor Oceanfront Retreat, a Short 3-5 Minute Walk to the Beach

This condo in Solana Beach is easily one of the nicest places I’ve stayed along the bluff. We come here often and have stayed in many units, and this one stands out as the most spacious, best remodeled, and with some of the best views we’ve experienced.The proximity to the pool was a great bonus, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed.My only suggestion would be that, at this price point, the towels and a few of the pillows could be upgraded or nicer quality. That said, I would absolutely still give this place five stars and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Everything about this place is perfect! Spotless clean, open layout, awesome kitchen, comfortable beds and the VIEW…AMAZING. We loved are stay in this beautiful, well-equipped condo. The complex is quiet and walking distance to everything you need. We will absolutely come back.

Absolutely beautiful condo with stunning views! Very walkable to the beach and local restaurants/shops. Equipped with everything you need for grilling & cooking, rackets, balls, etc. for tennis, playing cards and board games. The heated pool & hot tub and tennis courts are literally steps from this unit. Super comfy beds! We really enjoyed our stay!

Absolutely stunning. Beds were extremely comfortable. Views were gorgeous. Walkable to restaurants and easy beach access. One of the best vacation rentals we’ve ever had and a wonderful place to spend Christmas week.

Had a wonderful stay. The location is perfect for everything around Solana Beach. We absolutely loved watching the dolphins every day from the balconies and waking up to the sound of the ocean and that amazing view was incredible. We stayed as a family of 4 with 2 grown up children and there was loads of room. Would highly recommend this apartment!

Spectacular view, location and facility. Hosts are amazing, rapid response with any questions. Hardly want to leave the house it was so clean, comfortable and relaxing. Walking distance to everything. We hope to be back.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful condo with amazing views and sounds of crashing waves. It was just what we needed! A short walk to the beach and local restaurants and shops. Nice to have a pool and hot tub near by. Only thing we were missing was A/C upstairs, but it was cool enough most of the week to let the ocean breeze in. Thank you for opening your home to us!

Thank goodness the property lived up to the hype (with so many 10/10 ratings) because it was unusually rainy throughout our stay. Despite that, we had a great time! The house is impeccable, the views were amazing, and they had lots of puzzles, books and games for us to borrow. They did not forget a thing! We did get one nice beach day, and they provided towels and chairs as well. They thought of everything!!

I can’t say enough good things about this house. Exceptional location, design, and views. There is absolutely nothing I would change about this rental. We would return without a doubt.

I evacuated my home because of the fires in Los Angeles. Alyssa and Micah came to my rescue. This home was a beautiful, peaceful, beautifully appointed refuge. I’m so grateful to have spent these ten days here. Neighbors are friendly. Everything is in walking distance. The home is calm and Beachy. I highly recommend.

This property is absolutely beautiful! The entire home is spacious and inviting. The home is well stocked. You will love the size of the kitchen. The bedrooms have high quality bedding and mattresses - very comfortable. The views of the ocean are incredible. We were able to see dolphins every day that we were there. Great location to the pool and tennis courts. Alyssa and Micah were great hosts and very responsive. We had a wonderful stay and look forward to coming back to this property.

From the moment we walked in we were blown away and felt the property exceeded all our expectations by a wide margin. The view is incredible - you feel like you are in the clouds looking over the ocean. The dolphins are your neighbors. We loved the amenities and location - we loved the pool and tennis courts, and the proximity to the beach. The neighbors in the community were friendly. The kitchen, bedrooms, living room/dining room were amazing. So was the balcony. I was perfectly content just sitting around the house. We traveled with kids (infant, toddler, 9 and 12 year old) and There we really something for everyone.

Such an ideal spot for a wonderful beach vacation! Very clean and well appointed with everything you would ever need. Gorgeous ocean views in most rooms. Easy walk to a beautiful beach and many coffee shops, restaurants, etc. I hope to get to stay there again!

What a beautiful property in an amazing location. The space is gorgeous and well stocked including an excellent kitchen and plenty of towels both for the bath and for the pool or beach. The space is comfortably furnished with great beds with very nice linens. Unparalleled views of the beach and ocean. It was so comforting to be able to go to sleep and wake to the sounds of the ocean. There were seven of us including myself and my husband, our daughter and son-in-law, our adult son, and our two granddaughters, ages 3 and nine months. We all fit comfortably with plenty of room and privacy for all. The bathrooms are very large and convenient with plenty of toiletries and hand soap. The washer and drier were convenient and easy to use and there was plenty of laundry detergent available which was helpful having two young children and lots of soiled towels from using the pool/jacuzzi and going to the beach. We also used the pool and jacuzzi in the complex which were both very clean and easy to access. There are plenty of really good restaurants in walking distance and shopping nearby. Would definitely rent again.

This has to be one of my all time favorite stays in Southern California. This apartment was clean, beautifully designed, convenient location and a spectacular view of the ocean. The owners were responsive and helpful. Everything was walking distance, with great restaurants, shopping, etc. we would definitely love to come back.
