Stayed Feb 22, 2024This is a second floor apartment that has a lot of lovely features. The host clearly has put time into making it comfortable and pretty. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen works well. The bathroom is old but works fine. The challenges were that the listing showed bunk beds and a king bed, but it was two king beds, which made it hard to find sleeping for two teenagers who don't sleep well together. To be fair, the host apologized and brought over extra blankets so we could use the futon. The area is also a bit noisy at night with a nearby train and hospital so I'd suggest bringing a noise machine if you are a light sleeper. The host was very responsive and helpful.

Stayed Apr 21, 2023A charming apartment on the upper floor of an older house. While the house itself is pretty old, a lot of care has been put into furnishing it to make it a charming place to stay. The only negative was a really small shower (actually a bathtub, but with the curtains around making the space for showering very small). The host communicated super well in advance and during our stay. We had no issue to solve. Thank you!

Stayed Oct 18, 2019From the welcoming cafe lights on the front porch and soft comfy blankets and mattresses, this apartment worked well for our family when we were visiting our son and going to the U of I football game. The owner was easy to reach and very helpful.

Stayed Oct 9, 2019The home is beautifully maintained. We loved all the decorations. Beds are comfortable, and the bunk beds were awesome. It is the perfect location, everything is a quick uber ride. Property manager is super helpful and quick to respond with and I information. When we come back to Champaign we will be staying here.
