Very cozy space with everything we needed and nothing we didn't. Will definitely come back!

I loved how easy everything was. The Lighthouse exceeded my expectations. It had everything I needed, plus extra touches that were very thoughtful. Lots of local information available. The unit was spotless, and everything like brand new, telling me it is well taken care of. Would definitely stay here again!

This was a quiet and peaceful stay in a unique property. The property was very clean, and had everything we needed. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay at The Lighthouse.

The lighthouse concept is very cute. The owners gave a lot of great details (written and videos) of what to do around GM. I have been there many times and didn't know about some of them.

My partner and I had a great stay at the Lighthouse for a long birthday weekend celebration. We absolutely loved how cozy and light-filled the place was as well as the convenience to the center of town. Totally walkable to everything you could need. We also appreciated the covered parking and how communicative the hosts were beforehand. The guidebook in the place was also super helpful!

A wonderfully functional space, with a sweet little kitchen, a gorgeous view of the lake, and within walking distance of town. The lighthouse roof is beautifully lit when you are inside at night. A great option for 2 people!

We did not go to National Park - we were in Grand Marais to attend a class at the North Hose Folk School.

Very beautiful retreat to rest and relax and take in sunrises and enjoy being walking distance away from everything.

Really enjoyed the stay at the Lighthouse. So clean and well-appointed! I accidentally brought coffee beans instead of ground coffee, and was thinking I was screwed. But they have a coffee grinder on the promise! That was a wonderful surprise.I also booked the sauna. That was heaven on earth.The owners could not have communicated more clearly. I'm not normally a video person but the video showing where to park and how to walk up was super useful.I'm a crazy reader. I love seeing what people have for books in rentals. They had a book that has turned into one of my favorites in my entire life! That was also a very nice surprise.

Worked on checking some hikes off our list on the Gunflint trail. Absolutely beautiful! The Lighthouse location is an easy walk to town to enjoy a drink or food.

Everything was perfect, clean and cute. The lighthouse is a great space. It’s very comfortable, with a great view of the harbor. With our brief interaction with the owners, they were very personable and helpful. We would definitely return.

Wonderful and relaxing

We had a spectacular time at the Lighthouse! The home was clean, warm and inviting. And it was so nice waking up with a view of the water. Just what we needed for a quick trip to Grand Marais. The hosts were very responsive and provided us with a lot of recommendations. We will be staying again!

We absolutely loved our cozy space as well as the overall multi-property layout. Had friends staying at Skyhouse and that was lovely too. Our bed was very comfortable, the shower was great, everything was clean, and we can't wait to visit again so we can enough the view of the stars in warmer weather.

Perfect location. There is a nice carport that we didn't see at night/were not sure we could use it. But no worries, a lot of street parking too. Walking distance to all the town activities and restaurants. We did book the sauna separately. Such a relaxing weekend. Highly recommend adding on the sauna. Thank you

We were able to put our name on the waitlist and walk to Angry Trout as soon as our table was ready. It was nice to be so close to everything and we did a lot of walking. The sauna was a highlight! Best views in Grsnd Marais

Location is walkable to everything! Lighthouse is tucked upstairs and feels cozy. Pairing the sauna elevated the experience.

We stayed here while doing some hiking and climbing in the area. The Lighthouse was fun to stay in and a cozy place to relax at the end of the day. Also enjoyed that it was really easy to walk to nearby restaurants.

We came up for a quick wknd getaway. Place was very clean and walking distance from many things. Loved the recommendations for hiking which we took advantage of. Just enough space for me and my husband. Would highly recommend this place.
