Lovely 3-bedroom apartment that meets all our traveling needs. All the comforts of home in a secure, upper level unit.

Great experience overall! The outer lock is a little fidgety and it took a bit to figure it out. May be user error lol. All the check out instructions left in the binder and the ones one the app are different. Sorry if we got it wrong. We were pleased, and lack of thermostat control is understable, but im not used to not being able to bump the temp down a bit. It was late when we got back and i felt bad contacting you to turn it down. But, I should have planned ahead. I totally recommend, just want to make folks aware so they can plan. Thanks so much!

The property was as described on the inside!! It is a beautiful place! It would be awesome for someone or people staying for a few days, had an awesome kitchen. Close to a grocery store and up the road from the SOMA district!!

The apartment was beautiful and as described. There is an outside locked door then an inside door upstairs. The glass was broken on the inside door. The bathroom lock was also a little sketchy. Otherwise it was wonderful

I really loved this property. It felt very high end and I loved being on the 2nd floor. It has such nice natural lighting with all the windows and I really appreciated being able to open the windows as well. The property manager was also EXTREMELY nice and very responsive. I would stay here again.

When I initially booked this place there were no photos of the building from the outside. I didn't realize it was an apartment in an old building. The neighborhood seems okay from what we saw. Upon entering the space you're immediately bombarded with the smell of cigarettes. The entire place smelled like smoke. We began to get the kids set up to sleep for the night since we were just passing through. I noticed I could feel waves of heat coming from somewhere and began to check the windows. Every single window but one (and there's many windows here) was unlocked and the tops were sliding down and/or the bottoms were not all the way shut. I had to go through them all and make sure they were all shut and latched properly. The windows themselves were absolutely filthy so much so that by the end I had to take something for my allergies because they were going crazy. The listing also fails to mention that there is no thermostat in the unit and it is controlled through the owners phone so if you'd like to change the temperature you have to message that person, that was a bit off putting to say the least. The apartment just seemed overall not very clean. The mattress in the back bedroom was absolutely awful, if there's two people on it you will sink into the middle. The back bedroom has blackout curtains which is great but the front rooms really need them as well with the street lights and noise off the street, it was basically daylight in those rooms. All in all, I would

It was a good location to get to the shops in SoMa area of Little Rock. I would suggest that the owner put a picture of the outside of the building on the website so you know what you’re looking for. It is a two-story brick building that looks like it was once business, it is not individual family home and the apartment is upstairs. I would also recommend blackout curtains for the front bedrooms so it’s not so bright in those rooms at night due to do the street lights. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had and overall it was nice.

I chose this property because it was close to work but not too close since the area around the Interstate is a bit sketchy. The apartment is the entire upstairs of an unremarkable building south of the trendy SoMa area. My host was responsive, the door code worked, and the decor was impressive. The appliances were new, the TV excellent, and the dining room table made a terrific desk. As with all short-stay homes, be aware of the fees! My final total was nearly double the initial quote.
