Stayed Apr 17, 2021Super cute apartment with lots of design touches and with every convenience, such as Nespresso coffee maker, full stove w/oven, dishwasher, fireplace, in the middle of McMinnville historic downtown, full of tasting rooms and restaurants. Convenient parking behind the building. Would love to return very soon.

Stayed Dec 23, 2018All very clean and new. Large, comfortable bed. Full kitchen. Commercial grade washers and dryers available. Apartment is not large, but plenty of space for two people. HVAC was a little funky, but effective. Upgraded system was being installed as we left.

Stayed Nov 17, 2017The apartment is superbly located in downtown McMinnville. Access to the apartment was quite easy with the lockbox instructions. Ikea amenities throughout the space. The only downer for us was the space heater/air conditioner unit. It is quite loud when it runs and takes a while to heat the room. Never shut off the entire time we were there unless we turned it off.

Stayed Sep 30, 2017The apartment is newly renovated. It is clean, bright and quiet. Parking was always available in the rear of the building. Location could not be better - step outside and you are right on Main Street with shops and restaurants. The apartment is not luxurious - done in Ikea style furniture - it’s very small. We keep our suitcases in the small living area. It does have a king bed with memory foam type mattress which takes up the whole room. Bath is also tiny with a claw foot tub in the shower. Owner was very easy to work with. I would definitely stay here again as the location is great and it’s size and furnishings did not detract from our stay as we were out most of the day wine tasting.
