Stayed May 28, 2026Property was DIRTY and has an unpleasant strong odor when you walk in. They obviously know it smells as they have a filtration system but it still smells! Made a quick decision to avoid cooking due to dirty kitchen. Had to clean shower before we used it. Smoke alarms hanging-not connected. Lamp is broken and was noted in a previous review. Neighbors were yelling and slamming doors as 3:30AM waking all of us on the last day of our visit.Location to Ark was convenient——I even sent a text to the host hoping there was some reason for the issues described above-no response. The no response lead me to post this review. We left disappointed in the cozy den!

Stayed Mar 22, 2026Washer didn't work very well. Dryer didn't work well at all. Coffee pot hadn't been dumped and had mold growing in it. One lamp had a light bulb burned out. However, overall clean and adequate for the little time we spent there.

Stayed Oct 21, 2025The bedrooms are beautifully outfitted with comfortable beds and bedding.We aren’t tv watchers so having a couple chairs on your cute back patio would be a relaxing spot. We did welcome having the little park with a walking trail so close by.Thank you.

Stayed Jul 16, 2025You get a code to enter the house day of check in. Everything appeared clean and the rooms were nice. The kitchen does have a drip coffee maker as well as a Keurig, but double check with the owner if coffee will be provided as we didn't see any when we were there. There was tea, with a few varieties of sweetener though.The neighborhood was quiet, and it was fairly easy to find.
