Stayed Sep 25, 2025Wonderful pet friendly cabana with private deck right on Lake Dunmore! Walk to Paddlers Pub and hiking trails. Magical sunrises and sunsets. Plus the fun of watching the Middlebury rowing team practice each morning. Highly recommended.

Stayed Sep 27, 2024We enjoyed our stay, the unit was nice and clean with everything we needed and a comfortable bed. The location was good, close to Middlebury College to visit out son but also nice to be in the lake and walking distance to a nice place fine a casual meal. We would stay here again.

Stayed Jul 6, 2024The Cabana was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities you could want while staying at the lake. The hosts were very responsive, and the property as a while was great. There is a pub with decent food and drinks options within walking distance, as well as a camp store if you need any snacks or firewood for the firepit. The beach and surrounding area were clean, and the neighborhood overall was very quiet when compared to other lakeside offerings. I highly recommend this rental.

Stayed May 26, 2024My husband and our two dogs enjoyed our stay at the Cabana at Waterhouses Marina very much. The place was clean and comfortable and we loved the private deck with the view of the water. Our only problem was that the TV didn't seem to work and we couldn't figure it out - perhaps including instructions to the TV in the book would be helpful. We also suggest that you offer complimentary coffee and creamer along with the coffeemaker that is available in the full kitchen. Otherwise, we have no complaints! We also recommend the trails at the back end of the campground across the road. Wonderful hike and views! We hope to return later this summer or fall. Susan and John
