Nice property and in a great location just a few minutes from the River Walk. Kitchen had all the necessary appliances. Rooms were clean. Although it was street parking it was relatively easy to park next to the apartment. Host was readily available for questions and the check in and check out was eaay

This VRBO is a good choice while visiting Savannah. Pros: The accommodation fits the historic city vibe, and is conveniently located near parks, restaurants and the river walk. We were able to see everything during a three mile winding walk from the house. Parking is available outside this unit, but requires additional metered payment. Cons: The walls are simple wood framing so you hear everything - traffic, conversions outside, trash, blowers. The water pressure is poor in master bath and door cracks let critters in. ( We found a cute gecko that we caught and released to the backyard garden area ) Overall, the pros outweigh the cons and we enjoyed our visit/stay in Savannah.

This is a beautiful old home, full of character and charm. The hosts thought of every detail to make our stay comfortable. All rooms were very clean and the kitchen is well stocked. Parking was super easy, convenient and inexpensive. The Broad House is located close to everything. We walked to most places. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again!!

The Broad House was great for the three of us and can easily accommodate four. Nice location very near the riverfront and waving girl statue and only 10-15 minutes walk from all major Historic District attractions. The historic house is very nicely furnished and the kitchen is also well equipped. Accessing the unit and general communications were excellent. Was a great home base for our 5-night stay.

Water pressure in the master bathroom was terrible. Either new heads or new pipes are needed. The service when the door lock batteries died was terrific. Thanks for the quick response. We only had one cockroach who we were quick to squash. No others and not an issue. It is the South. Thanks for every. We would stay there again.

This is a lovely historic home. It is located in a charming area of town. Easy walking to local restaurants, coffee shops and more. Our host was very attentive and checked in to make sure everything was going well. Great place to stay. We highly recommend it.

Wonderful stay in this historic charmer, and everything you need is nicely provided. Super location, great for walk ability, with Trolley stops close by. Being right in the mix of everything though, you will definitely hear the city sounds, especially from the front bedroom. The host was extremely helpful and communicated promptly.

Location was ideal to the Historic District, plenty of street parking nearby, and the unit had everything we needed!

Loved the historical feel, the ample space and the well supplied kitchen. After spending a few days in Savannah we realized that anywhere closer to central historic district would be very difficult to find parking. We were usually able to find a spot out front. I’m glad I downloaded the app for parking thanks to recommendations from the management. Like any city there is noise from cars but you’re likely to experience that anywhere in the city. Would definitely come back.

Fairly good location, although groceries are a bit of a walk away. All rooms were clean and spacious, especially the kitchen.

The apartment was lovely. Next time we’d stay someplace more central for better access to public transportation and less walking.

Great location easy walk to river street with shopping and restaurants. Kitchen well stocked. Only complaint is the water pressure isnt great in the showers but wouldnt prevent us from booking again.

The house is super cute! Very clean and walking distance to the river walk and downtown. We felt very safe with the outside door with a lock code on it so we were safely inside before we unlocked the door to our house.

From the moment we booked through our travel we had excellent communication and reaponse from our host . The propertt is well kept and i would love to return.

The home is over 100 years old, so the floors aren’t level and you can see where years of new coats of paint have been applied, especially on the trim/millworks. All of that adds to the charm and appeal of the home. The home is tastefully decorated and clean. We didn’t do any cooking during our weekend stay, but a brief look through showed a nicely stocked kitchen with quality cookware, utensils and glassware. We loved the proximity to River Street, where there are loads of shops and restaurants.Loved that they provided the standard items of dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc., but they also had shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the showers and makeup remover pads and Q-Tips in the bathrooms as well as hair dryers for each room.I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

This historic gem was the perfect home base for our Savannah getaway! The house was spotless, check-in was a breeze, and the Keurig was a lifesaver in the mornings. We loved being able to park right next to the house and easily walk to River Street and Broughton. Would absolutely stay again!

Great location. We walked everywhere. Well equipped and maintained. Very clean. Creaky wooden floors which I love but to be expected in an older home. We were on the first level so can hear upstairs neighbors but again to be expected with an older home.I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location! My son and his girlfriend, met me and my husband in Savannah for a couple of days. We had a great time! The house had everything we could want or need! It was very relaxing after a day of exploring!

The house was accommodating for our mother-daughter stay in Savannah. Beds were comfortable. Good communication with hosts. It's an easy walk to the City Market area and very close to River Street. One bedroom has quite a bit of street noise but it wasn't horrible. Cozy and quaint!

Great location to see the area. Well equipped. Owner communication was top notch. Only downside is you must pay for parking and there is not a dedicated parking spot for the location and can be a problem at times.

Had a great stay at the Broad house. The home was extremely spacious and well appointed. The location was perfect as it was close to all of the shops and restaurants.

The house was very clean when we arrived. It met our expectations and then some. The location is great, right in the heart of the historic district. We stayed on the first floor unit, which is perfect for older adults like us. We were able to park our car right beside the house ( on street parking only). We used the old trolley company’s trolley system which has a stop a few blocks away, and never needed to use our car. We would recommend this unit and give it an A!

This old historic home was perfect for our stay. It was well furnished and in a great location. We were able to walk to almost everything we wanted to see in Savannah. The street was a bit noisy but the earplugs provided made it easier to get a good nights sleep after a long day of sightseeing.

Property was clean, plenty of room, one thing is you can hear people upstairs walking around due to the wood floors, wish the vanity in the king bedroom had a little more surface, but felt safe, great area!

Family of 4 traveling with 2 teens and this place was spacious and cozy enough for all of us. Very cozy beds and living room furniture. Great location across from the Pirate House. Just outside the busy part of the city which we liked. Very close to River Street and all the attractions. We walked everywhere. The host thought of everything you could need which I appreciate. Very well stocked with necessities. Would stay here again!

We met our friends here for a short visit and were pleasantly surprised. They loved the place, it is comfortable, safe and gorgeous! Featuring a spacious master bedroom that includes a bathroom ensuite. The second bedroom was spacious as well and very inviting. The second bathroom was in the hall just outside. They had everything! A Keurig machine with complimentary coffee and creamers. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you would possibly need; silverware, coffee cups, glasses, bowls, dishes and pots and pans if you felt like cooking. The living room was perfect for two couples. Best of all this place is located just across the street from the Pirate's House Restaurant, one of the most haunted places in Savannah. If you go there, ask the hostess for the haunted tour. The Waving Girl Statue is only a block or so away and on the northern end of River Street. River street has many shops and restaurants all within easy walking distance. It's Also close to the Boars Head restaurant and the Old Trolley/Ghost tour trolley buses. Our friend walks with a cane and we stayed on the first floor. Getting around to all the attractions is very easy and Ubers were only a few minutes away. I can see why this place books up quickly. It sets two blocks off Bay St. in a very quiet neighborhood and there were always open parking spots out front or the side. This place is a no brainer if you want to enjoy Savannah, a beautiful city with many things to do and see.

This was the best trip so far to Savanah! This house was so clean, warm and inviting.There was everything we needed or wanted. Perfect location for both shopping and places to eat. I would definitely stay here again on my future trips to Savanah.

This property is exactly as nice as it looks both inside and in the neighborhood around it. It felt like home with comfy amenities, and we loved the umbrellas hanging on the wall. The owners responded in prompt and friendly manner. Entry was easy and we were leery about that from past experiences. It truly is a lovely walk to and from the River Front with resting places along the way if needed. The Pirates House Restaurant is right across the street which was a nice surprise! We had a great Christmas stay and we will go again to this place.

We spent Christmas here and it was great! I would definitely stay again! The host is easy to communicate with and always quick to respond! Great location one block from River Street. Only con is having to pay to park near the house. We lucked out because it was free for the holidays!

This property was everything it claimed to be. We love to walk in Savannah and this was convenient, but not in the noise! It was clean and comfortable for the four of us adults. This is where I will try to book every stay on Savannah.

We were here to “do” Savannah in three full days. Walked everywhere (great location)and took trolley tour. Place was clean and well supplied with coffee, towels and tp, etc. great place to stay! Only reason I have a 4 on communication was because I didn’t hear from owner about check in process in a timely manner.

This place was a sweet find! Excellent location and comfortable living space for the four of us. It was close enough to most everything in the historic Savannah downtown, to where we could walk in our explorations. Highly recommend. We'd definitely stay here again.

What a fabulous property. Chase’s excellent communication made everything very easy. The property is very clean and nicely decorated. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is included. The house is very convenient to River Street. We will most definitely book here again.

My sister and I stayed at the Broad House during our second girls trip to Savannah. The house was super clean, had all the amenities we needed, super comfy beds and was within walking distance of all of our favorite restaurants including the Pirates House, which is right across the street. The owners were extremely responsive and helpful. Parking was a breeze with the parking app. We had an amazing stay!!

What an absolutely beautiful home! Even though we lost power for quite a bit of our stay due to weather conditions, that didn’t dampen our enthusiasm for the property. Can’t say enough about how communicative the hosts were. Highly recommended!
