It really felt like the owner cared about her property and thought through the practical details that would make a visit easy and enjoyable, especially for people with small children. We would love to stay again when we visit St Andrews!

Stayed Jul 31, 2024Beautiful and quiet property, clean, great location, fully stocked. Lots of comfortable seating, good water pressure and lots of hot water. Beds are comfortable and kitchen has everything you need. Location is excellent, close to everything.

Stayed Sep 2, 2022The Boot Room is spacious and welcoming, with high ceilings and bright walls. Communications were easy, and the location is so close to everything in St Andrews. A perfect place for us (two couples) to use while we dropped off children at the university. Would definitely stay there again.

Stayed Aug 19, 2022Alison was very responsive to our questions and requests. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. All reviews indicate that this is a good choice for your stay in St. Andrews. The things we appreciated the most- very convenient to town, more spacious that we imagined, VERY quiet and lots of light in all the rooms. Bottom line- would stay there again and recommend it to our choosiest friends.
