    We were 4 childhood friends looking for a central location that would be convenient to shops and restaurants but also provided a refuge where we could just enjoy each other. The Beat was perfect. It was very clean and modern but had authentic touches from its historic past. Super close to King Street but also small neighborhood bars and restaurants. The host was very responsive and helpful. The unit comes with on parking space but there is a parking deck about a block away on King Street. Super easy!

    Stay was amazing. Location was absolutely perfect for checking out everything in the heart of Charleston. Also a great location for accessing Mt. Pleasant and Sullivan’s island by car. Cannonborough/Elliotborough neighborhood was beautiful and everything within walking distance. Host communications were top notch.

    Had a great stay at this property. Located walking distance to so many restaurants and shops, easy access to the free transportation. Beds very comfortable and pretty much 2 master suites. Very responsive management. Will definitely stay here again!

    Booked this to attend a wedding. The bedrooms are decent size and on opposite sides of the living room which I liked. The living room/kitchen area is spacious and has everything you need. Loads of charm and the neighborhood is bursting with energy, boutique shops and restaurants. I would stay here again in a heartbeat ! Truly lovely

    This property was absolutely perfect for our stay in Charleston! We have no complaints! It was beautiful and historic, and had the historical but industrial look! It is the perfect fit for Charleston. It is only steps away from King street, which was so nice. We were able to walk everywhere and do lots of shopping without having to pay to park. We walked to dinner every night! The house was very clean and had very nice and updated facilities and amenities. Having a designated parking spot off the street was very good to have. We will 100% pick this place first again when we come back! Everything is so accessible from this location. Thank you!!

    The VRBO was perfect for two couples. Inside it was charming and clean. We enjoyed our morning coffee with all the sun light coming through the generous windows throughout the VRBO. The location was convenient to restaurants, sight seeing, historical highlights and shopping. Host was very responsive and helpful.

    We had a great time in Charleston! This location is great, right off of Kings Street with the cutest coffee & wine bar downstairs. We walked to dinner, shopping, even the aquarium. The place was clean, super cute and comfortable for the 4 of us. The layout was great with bedrooms on opposite sides of the den and kitchen. We will recommend this place to friends. Beds were comfortable, there was plenty of seating, and the host was great!

    We greatly enjoyed our long weekend at this location. The apartment was clean, tidy, and stocked with all of the basics we needed. The location is great, right at the start of the King Street experience with a ton of bars, restaurants, and shops within a short walking distance. It's worth noting: the property description is upfront and honest when it mentions city and street noise - this is a busy, nightlife-driven area. We (three adults) did not have an issue with the noise but it is present. Would stay here again.

    My wife and I booked this property for our annual get away trip. The property was in a great location for exploring Charleston. Close to great restaurants bars, and shops. The unit itself was beautiful, updated and comfortable. I highly recommend booking this property for anyone traveling to Charleston
