The Barn at Haden near Wineries and C'ville

Beautifully appointed treetop bungalow. Everything provided is extremely well thought out and lovely. Very nice private getaway in a gorgeous location.

This is a really special place. My husband and I have stayed at The Barn in Crozet a number of times. It really feels like a home away from home. It’s very quiet and peaceful and the hosts are amazing and very supportive and attentive. It is always super clean and everything you need to feel at home is provided for your stay. It’s a lovely cozy retreat close to wineries and also close to Charlottesville. Also most people might not know or mention this is other reviews, but there is a wonderful hiking park about 20 minutes from here through the Virginia backroads out of Crozet. It’s called Patricia Ann Byrom Forest Preserve Park and it has some lovely trails and it is so quiet and also has a creek running through it. It’s open all year round — but it does have somewhat of a grade. So it is a hiking trail more then a leisurely walk. But it’s beautiful at the peak. I would stay here again and again as it’s a perfect little home away from home.

The space was very nicely appointed, comfortable and the location was great for being in close approximation to the vineyards. We will definitely be back!

Loved this rental! Very nicely decorated and great location. Several stairs to get to apartment above the garage. Ideal for one couple and one other adult or two children as the murphy bed is full size mattress (small space). Nice bathroom with walk-in shower. Big kitchen - fully stocked. Very clean!

Clean place in a quiet and charming neighborhood area central to many adventures. Extra attention to detail, comfort, and quality make it feel more like home than just a place to stay on vacation.

This is the most perfectly appointed vacation rental. Dawn has absolutely thought of every single amenity that a guest could hope for! From comfy bedding to fragrant shampoo/soap, Dawn does not miss a detail. The only problem-you have to leave at some point!

Imagine the ideal place to stay - The Barn is it! Everything is appealing, fresh, locale, beds, linens - all you could expect and more! Definitely will stay when events in Crozet warrant overnight residence.

I would live in the Barn if it were up for rent. Mattresses - excellent! Location - excellent! Appliances - excellent! Linens etc - excellent! Furnishings - excellent. There is nothing not to love about the Barn at Haden.

The four of us loved the loft and had plenty of room to enjoy each others company! Will definitely try to book for future weekend getaways!

The Barn is just lovely! The home is perfectly equipped and in a very central location. There were lots of thoughtful touches added to the space and it was a perfect location for hiking and enjoying local wineries. Would love to return! Thank you!

Spacious large main room with a separate bedroom. The Barn also has a Murphy bed in a small room on the other side. Very clean, beautifully decorated.

The beds were extremely comfortable, the amenities (soaps/lotions/ to coffee creamer) were perfect and the decor was precious.

The home is a perfect blend of charming farmhouse aesthetics with upscale, modern touches. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, making the space both visually pleasing and incredibly comfortable. The hosts anticipated every need, providing everything we could have wished for. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a beautifully decorated and well-appointed getaway!

We had a great visit at the Barn, even if it was only one night! We would definitely recommend this stay to our friends and would love to stay again in the future!
