Côte et Lac is an apartment on the ground floor of a contemporary family home recently renovated and enlarged. Located on the sunny hillside of Lake Annecy, in a quiet residential area, 1.5 km from the village center of Talloires and Menthon-Saint-Bernard, and 1.5 km from the lake, beaches .
It occupies a strategic position to enjoy the city of Annecy, the lake and the Bauges and Aravis mountains that offer breathtaking views of the lake, Mont Blanc and small villages Haut-Savoyards.

Many activities nearby will make your holidays unforgettable: a swim in the pure waters of Lake Annecy, a paragliding flight, a round of golf, climbing a pass by bike, taste a tartiflette reblochon, a meal in a renowned gourmet restaurant, hiking or mountain biking in the surrounding mountains ... can not name them all!

You can also enjoy a private terrace overlooking the garden for your breakfasts, appetizers or meals and a shaded garden where you can rest in front of the lake.

Geneviève and Alain, the owners, will be happy to give you advice so that your stay is unique.
Massages and reflexology are suggested at the gîte by Geneviève on demand, and mountain rides could be organized with Alain who is a mountain guide.

    We were so happy with our choice. The spacious apartment was perfect: impeccably clean, contemporary in presentation and very well-equipped, with a range of cook-ware and a washing machine. The highlight, however, was the magnificent view towards Lac Annecy. The terrace outside was perfect for a glass of wine in the evening.Genevieve, our host, was friendly and helpful, suggesting activities of interest. The location was excellent, offering easy access to Annecy, Chamonix, Geneva and Aix-Les-Bains and more.Cyclists and hikers would love the area! Popular with paragliders too!

    We had a wonderful stay in this clean, spacious, well equipped apartment with a lovely outdoor eating/sitting area. Geneviève was great - always very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend.

    We felt the apartment was perfectly comfortable, very clean, well equipped, tastefully renovated and very well appointed to view the mountains and part of the lake, also providing privacy and excellent self-catering facilities - we hired a car for further sightseeing of the surrounding areas and the property provided a private car parking space also loan of a local parking permit for use in Talloires, which was very useful at the time - we enjoyed cooking the local food and eating out at restaurants, trekking the mountain trails, kayaking the lake and an exhilarating paraglide flight! - Genevieve the host owner, was particularly excellent with local advice, also offering professional massotherapy treatments, if required and available, which we enjoyed and felt were excellent and would thoroughly recommend to guests - we would not hesitate to stay again!

    Friendly welcome by the host and also friendly support during our stay. It is a nice place to stay with a nice view. During the day you can hear the road quite good but in the evening and during the night it is silent. The ceiling is quite low.

    We spent a great two weeks here. The place was very comfortable, well equipped and was a great location for exploring the surrounding area. We particularly appreciated the outdoor space where we enjoyed sitting out to eat and watching the paragliders. Everything was perfect and would not hesitate to recommend.

    Perfect apartment for couples and young families who want to be in the Annecy area but don’t want the overcrowding. We stayed for 2 weeks and found the apartment to be very clean, modern and well equipped with everything you need for a self catering holiday. The outdoor space is fairly large and as we were there in July, we spent virtually all our time at the apartment on the patio area. The apartment is very well located with good transport links although if, like us, you want to go out of the lake area into the alps etc then I would suggest maybe having a car for convenience. Genevieve and Alain are very welcoming and will provide you with all the information you need to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Overall a great place to stay.
