I was pleasantly surprised at how private the Location was, and I absolutely loved the amenities and how cozy it was! Thank you I'll be back!

Great location!!! Steps to the beach. Coffee shops, restaurants and grocery store within a few minutes walk. Enjoyed falling asleep to the sound of the waves, would define stay again.

Super cool place. Great room. All you hear throughout the night is waves crashing on the shore. The shared deck has an amazing view. And just steps down to the sand. A fantastic taco place 100 yards away. Giant walk-in shower. Comfortable bed. I will be going back to this room a lot in the future.

The apartment location is excellent. It is situated on the bluff above Laguna beach and the view from the shared deck is spectacular. There are several nice coffee shops, tourist shops, galleries within a short walking distance. There is also a Ralph's supermarket across the street. The apartment is only a 10 minute walk from central Laguna Beach. The apartment is nice and comfortable but a bit dated. It is a bit smaller than implied by the pictures but perfect for a couple that like each other. The apartment needs a little work and can use a fresh coat of paint. Two of the blinds need replacing and the walls need patching. The kitchen is fine but not really suitable for cooking a full meal. The only real negative is the morning noise. The apartment is situated above a garage that is used by housekeeping. They start work about 8:00am (even on Saturdays) and make a fair amount of noise. Also, many of the neighbors are locals and they start their lives early.

Great location and easy beach access. Immediate responsiveness and friendly staff. Parking easy. We will surely return.

Amazing location, beautiful views and very clean. There were multiple restaurants and stores within a quick walk. However, there needed to be some maintenance things addressed.

Host was responsive and accommodating with everything we needed. Location is absolutely amazing! Restaurants and stores walking distance, beautiful view and access to the beach. Unit was clean, and had all the amenities that you would need! 11/10 would recommend any of this hosts properties, and look forward to staying there again!

It was an extremely nice weekend. Great place. Great location. Clean. Communication was easy, timely, and flexible. Only issue is that photos make it look bigger than it is. But it all worked out just fine. Thank you.

Description is misleading. It is not a one bedroom, there are no bedrooms. This is a studio with a pullout sofa. This is not clear in the description and if you study the pictures there are varied pictures that led us to believe there was a bedroom and a living space with a murphy bed. Cleanliness was fair but it felt unclean because it was not well cared for with the little things like there were holes in the sheets and the bed blankets and stains on the bedding as well. They updated the bathroom, but nothing else is updated or cared for in my opinion. If you plan on spending little to no time in the house, it's a great location to start and end your day. I would not stay here if you plan to spend any time indoors at all.

Included everything we needed and more. The location was wonderful, and the ocean view much more than we expected. Also enjoyed the large public patio area in the evening watching the sun set.

I had a good time the place was nice, the bathroom is to die for
