Great place. Had everything we needed for the weekend

Hubby and I were very happy with our weekend get away! The house was exactly as described, even better in my opinion. Very clean, decor was so cool! The bed was fantastic and the shower with THREE shower heads was a delight. If we come up that way again, we would definitely rent again. Thank you!

Mostly as expected: pleasant stay. Except the master bedroom was cramped due to the chunky bed frame and large flat screen- we had to contort ourselves to get past the foot of the bed. And also the periodic, musty smell near the second bedroom; but that would dissipate quickly upon opening doors/ windows.Otherwise it served fine as a home base while we spent most time out and about. Recommend that the hosts tuck away the large, glass vases when very young children will be staying over. Aside from that my toddler was mostly able to stay out of trouble.

Great place

This house was nice and cozy; it was a stay that was needed for a nice getaway, and to regain balance from stress related situations. It was clean and a wonderful place to cook healthy, organic meals! We enjoyed our stay, immensely! Thank you, Kevin for the opportunity to stay at your charming place, removed from the stress of the norm!

Great place!

Everything was good and easy. I loved the view and perfect for my family. We were there during single digit temps and after we got the fireplace working we were very nice and toasty. Kevin was very responsive!

Spend 2 nights here while we skied 2 days at Swain. Quiet, clean, comfortable, cozy and so convenient. Just as advertised. 1 mile from the Mtn. Picturesque view of Swain Mtn. Road to property has incredibly steep, long hill, but fortunately it was well plowed and salted so we didn’t have a problem. This would be a nice spot to stay during warm months too — large outdoor fire pit and great for star gazing. Would definitely return!

Nice and quiet , modern appliances and updated bathrooms. beautiful views. We stayed at location to explore letchworth state park. Twenty minute drive to park.

The property was exactly what we wanted for our two night stay. We will gladly return for any future family gatherings. The host, Kevin, was very friendly and accommodating to our needs. A bonus was the peaceful, relaxing night sky!

Enjoyable place to stay with amenities.

Check in was easy. Communication with owner was good. The space is beautiful. Having 2 bathrooms was great. The location and view were very nice as well. We stayed during the balloon festival at Letchworth. We are on a balloon crew therefore we stayed all weekend. The apartment was located close enough to comfortably do that.
