Cozy Couples Farmhouse Cottage- Minutes walk from Swain Ski Resort

We were meeting relatives from several different states. They all stayed at Letchworth State Park in rustic cabins, tents and trailers. We wanted accommodations that were a step up and were quite delighted with this property. Since it was so hot, we thoroughly enjoyed the A/C and also were very happy with the wifi! The cottage had everything we needed. A restaurant was within walking distance.

Cozy and quiet.

Was clean. Could use coverage on the 2 small windows in bedroom. Hot chocolate K-cups would be nice for non coffee drinkers

Very cozy,clean and welcoming stay. Everything you would need for a weekend stay was provided. Would recommend.

Perfect for single person or a couple. Nice furnishings and tv. Kitchen adequately stocked. No oven but cook top and microwave were enough.Plenty of towels, could have used a lightweight blanket.Very quiet street to walk our dog on. Ate at Sierra restaurant just down the street. Good food and reasonably priced.No skiing in Oct but slopes about 1/4 mile down the street.

My husband, dog and I stayed here for a quick 2 day getaway to visit Letchworth State Park and ebjoy the beauty and peacefulof the area. The cabin was super cozy, clean and perfect for the 3 of us.

This charming farmhouse fit our needs perfectly! We easily took several day trips in the area, enjoying the sites nearby- Letchworth State Park, Stoney Brook State Park, Corning and the Museum of Glass, Seneca Falls and the National Women's Hall of Fame, Six Flags Darian Lake and the Arcade & Attica Steam Railroad. The decor was lovely and the kitchen fully outfitted. We loved our stay!

Good location, place felt like home. The stairway to the bedroom was a little steep, other than that it was great.

Fantastic little place - truly cozy and well-appointed. Good place for me to use as a home base while visiting local parks: Letchworth, Stony Brook, Eternal Flame, and even Niagara Falls! Town is (really) quiet in the summer.

What a cozy, clean home! All the conveniences provided in this comfortable little place after hiking at Letchworth State Park. We walked about 5 mins to dinner at the Sierra Inn and had a delicious dinner. Shannon was responsive and helpful.Would definitely stay here again while visint the area

It was a wonderful getaway

The location was perfect for the beautiful state parks to the west and the east. The farmhouse cottage provided everything without obligating us to rent a place much larger than we needed. The stairs to the bedroom are quite steep needing to be managed with care. If we were skiers we wouldn’t hesitate to return! We really appreciated Richie and Shannon’s quick response to our requests.

All in all this is a cozy well equipped property. Just know that the stairs going up to the bedroom are quite steep. They provide a water cooler due to concerns about odor in the water but we didn’t think the water smelled bad. While the property is shared with the host, it was quiet and felt private. We enjoyed our stay and it was very convenient to Letchworth State Park.

This home was the perfect place and location for my husband and I. We had to travel for a wedding and this put us only a few miles away from wedding venue. Others had to travel much further!! The home is very cute and comfortable, we would definitely stay there again if in the area!

Basically quite area nice and clean

The farmhouse was comfortable and quaint. Everything was clean and neat. The sofa and bed were comfortable. The air conditioner worked well would definitely recommend.

Cindy and I drove 9 hours from Maine to a wedding in Arkport and when we pulled in the farmhouse was perfect. Close to our wedding, beautiful surroundings and comfortable home I could not have asked for anything more Laird Shirley

This home was warm, cozy and perfect for us. We were just passing through but I wish we would have had more time to explore the beautiful area!

The process was so easy! The host answered all our questions and the farmhouse exceeded our expectations. It was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The bed was super comfortable and we got amazing sleep. The area was beautiful and it was an easy drive to the state park. We didn't want to leave! We finally got the quiet relaxing getaway that we needed. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you Richie and Shannon for having us!

Husband was very impressed on how clean the place was. Only 15 min from Letchworth State park that was absolutely beautiful.
