Stayed Oct 3, 2024This property is perfect for a short beach stay. The proximity to the beach and shops and the feel of both the apartment itself and the friendliness of the other people in the block is wonderful. Only hesitation in recommending is that other people might book it out so I cannot book it myself.

Stayed Feb 28, 2023This is our 3rd time staying here. You can't beat the view and the close proximity to the town of Avalon. No car needed. We had perfect weather. The beach is just across the street. Our host was easy to communicate with and prompt to response. We had another wonderful stay.

Stayed Jul 13, 2022Perfect location and incredible views. The shops, restaurants and grocery are right there with access to a beautiful beach. Check in and out was a breeze. Connie the owner got back to me quickly with any questions I might have. My husband and I had a wonderful time.
